Both ceiling fan installations went very smoothly and they left the job very clean. We'd use them again, without hesitation.

Awesome and Transformative!!! I purchased a big deal for installation of recessed lighting. I was immediately contacted by the owner Rick and we made an appointment for the NEXT day! David and his helper arrived promptly at 8am, after calling to let me know they were on the way. What service!!! They immediately got to work. They were neat, informative, and professional. I am so happy. I told David that we should have done before and after photos because when they were finished, the rooms were TRANSFORMED. Great company, great workers, I would definitely hire again.

My appointment time was 11:00 am. At 11:30, I called to see if Rick was delayed. No one answered the phone. No one ever showed up or called to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Rick was very polite on the phone when making the appointment, but no call, no showed, and didn't answer the phone when I tried calling him. Took the morning off work to get my electrical issue resolved. I had to call another company for another appointment. So thanks to this guy, I will be missing 2 days now!!

The gentlemen were prompt, professional and very patient as I tried to make up my mind exactly where in the ceiling I wanted the lights. The area was as neat as a pin when they left. I appreciated the fact that when they finished another job earlier than expected, they called and asked if they could arrive sooner and that worked for us. I would definitely call them back for more electrical work. I believe you will be pleased with their quality, ethics, and professionalism should you choose to use this company.

The work went great! I called All Star Electric to come out and provide a quote after seeing good reviews on Angles list. I got quotes from 2 other companies, but Rick by far seemed the most interested in the project and he spent enough time with me up front to fully understand the project so that he could provide a good quote. The other companies did not seem nearly as interested and I could tell by the quotes that they did not fully think through the work. This being an older home with possible unknowns, it was important to me that the electrician had really thought through the possible issues ahead, since no one likes surprise costs later. After receiving the quote, Rick was very patient in asking several detailed follow up questions that I had. I appreciated the great customer service along the way. On the day of the work, the electricians showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and were more than happy to give me updates throughout the day and show me everything at the end of the job. There was one issue where the guys hit and broke a buried water line from the pool, but they quickly fixed the pipe, without me having to ask. In the end, it was probably good that they hit the line, since now I know where it is! Overall, I would highly recommend All-Star Electric and I will definitely use them again for future electrical work.

I contacted All Star through Angie's list and got an immediate response. We set up a time and I requested early AM so I could get to work. They said they would be there at 7:00 AM and were there right on time. It was raining and I was unsure if they would make it but they did and completed the work in less than 15 minutes. A great company and I will use again.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The installation was scheduled for 0900 on 1/29. I called the Tuesday before to confirm and everything was set. The installers showed up promptly, were courteous and got right to work. They removed 2 old 36" florescent 4 bulb ballasts, cut the holes, ran the wires, installed the new recessed cans and installed a dimmer switch. Start to finish was approx 2 hours. The install is clean and neat. No way I could have done this myself. The price is worth not having to deal with the frustration and the job was done perfectly.

Even though my house is a two-story and the lights were in the kitchen, they managed to install them cleanly and quickly with a minimum amount of drywall damage. They discussed placement of the lights and asked very pertinent questions. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

The contractor and his helper arrived promptly on time. I explained where I wanted the lights and I left, leaving my husband in charge. When I came back the lights and new switch were installed with a minor modification for locations of studs. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy about that. It wasn't easy as it was very hot even in the morning, working in the attic and the ceiling was over 10' high and working partially over a pool table.

Very impressed. ..needed work done on house we were purchasing. We emailed them the home inspection and told them what we needed done. We received a prompt written estimate. called and authorized work. received a call to set up time. showed up as promised and did exceptional work. noticed a few things that could be a problem. I was very thankful for their attention to detail and wanting to be sure we had a safe home and did a good job. They were very fair on the additional work and completed work in a timely manner. we plan on using them for future projects.

From the first contact with All Star Electric I was impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge of the work I was contemplating. He was very willing to make a second trip to my home to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the job. After checking with several other companies for bids, I decided to go with All Star and I am very glad I did. The proposal I received was detailed and fair priced. The day the project began, Rick came out with his crew and made sure all the new LED placements were exact and properly aligned to my liking as well as to balance in the kitchen. The men performing the work knew what they were doing and were neat and friendly. They took great care to make sure my home was left in good order when the job was done - in one day! I will definitely call All Star Electric again with any electrical repairs or large projects!

They were able to finish the job quickly, but were very careful in leaving the room clean, making sure we were satisfied before they left.
