+ -1 moreIt was wonderful. We called him and he returned my call within the hour and came out the same day. He had to order a part and came back the next day. He is very efficient. He doesn't try to sell anything that you don't need. He does A/C and heating systems.
Description of Work: He replaced the fan motor in the A/C in one of our units.

+ -1 moreI am selling my house and I needed Steve to come out and service the air conditioning/heating unit as well as clean the coils. I reached his voice mail and left a message. He called me back promptly and we set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and accomplished what needed to be done in a timely manner. I have used this company for over a decade and have recommended Steve to family and friends. He has worked on residential and commercial AC units for them. They have all been highly satisfied with his work and fair price. He is reliable and honest. He doesn't try to talk you into making repairs that aren't necessary.

+ -1 moreSteve has worked for us in the past and we were always pleased with him. We are presently researching air conditioners and he has given us some estimates. We are kind of mulling it and have not decided on what we are going to do about that. He has done a good job for me in the past. He is an honest, good, reliable individual for the work. We are considering a unit on just one side of our house right now. But we are undecided. He has replaced another unit on the other end of the house about four years ago. I don’t remember how much the replacement was but it was reasonable. What stood out the most was his willingness to work with us. He took into consideration what my thoughts were about it. He was cooperative. We would recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moregreat. When Steve was finished with the job, I was overjoyed to see that my house is now cooling properly without much drama.
Description of Work: I called steve the day before b/c my a/c was not cooling. He came over first thing the next day around 11 o'clock and fixed the contact unit on my a/c. My a/c is about 15 years old. I was afraid that I may have to pay big money to replace it. Instead Steve reassured me that the problem was quick and simple to repair with no other work needed. I have used Steve before. He is very responsive to return call and punctual in his visit. Steve is great about calling to keep you inform of his ETA. The best part about his performance is that he is honest, cost efficient and trustworthy.
