All Appliance Repair never returned to replace microwave door. Numerous telephone messages left for persons named "Roy" and "Wally," and company "receptionist" about "payment made for part never received." Last March sent a etter to "Manager," All Appliance Repair requesting refund for money paid to them for part never delivered and installed. All Appliance Repair did not respond to my letter. The company has NEVER responded to any communication about this matter. All Appliance Repair, for over a year now, has failed to return $215.17 to me--money which does not belong to them. I want my money back--not their business.
Description of Work: Microwave handle was broken off. Technician ("Tommy") said microwave door had to be replaced; could not fix the handle. He called his office from our house; price quoted to replace microwave door was $199.00, plus tax. He filled out work order showing cost of microwave door, and took my check #238 in payment for same.
