Description of Work: So far the only thing I've asked for is an estimate but the turn around time (three days) and resulting estimate were exceptional. No only did I receive a written, detailed estimate but also a computerized rendering showing the deck (in different sizes and configurations) along with several variations of privacy fencing, arbors, and railing types that I didn't even realize were available in my price range. All of this for UNDER my absolute cost of $5,000.00. Of course the price didn't include staining/sealing but that was what I expected. I could probably get that included if I chose one of the smaller decks. My objective was also to have some relief from the afternoon sun that beats on the back of my house and gets the temperature up to 121` in the hot Texas summers.
