Juan Alfaro was recommended by Prestige Metal Roofing Systems of New Braunfels, TX. Juan came out to the house and made a detailed estimate at a very fair price. Installation began after the roof was replaced. The work went quickly, the materials are of very good quality, the installation was careful and precise, and they cleaned up the yard afterwards including hauling off the old gutter materials. They even connected my rain barrel collection system.

They came gave me an estimate and a week later it was done. would highly recommend them, in fact my parents are calling them today!

I provided them a challenge in that I was traveling a lot and had to rely on others to allow access to my yard for them to do the work. I couldn't check the work right away and had to do so between my travels and they were really good about waiting on me to check, fix a few things and completing the work.

The company rep was very responsive and polite.

I received a call the same day I placed a call to him. He came out the same afternoon. I need some help with a gutter problem and also asked him to check all the existing gutters to see if any repairs needed to be done and also please include a quote for cleaning out the gutters. He told me that I just needed to replace a piece of gutter that was to small and that would take care of my problem. I also asked him about replacing a rain barrel that was home made and not living up to the original hype. He told me that he could get me a very good rain barrel and would bring it and install it at the same time. I received a call the day before that he would be at my home on a Friday. His crew came at the proper time and installed the new gutter cleaned out the existing gutters installed the new rain barrel and took off the old one for me. I was given a very good barrel and the job has been tested because we have had 3 very heavy rains and the new gutter works great. The problem with the old gutter was size. The way the roof is designed it needed a larger gutter piece at that roof line. I would tell anyone to call and they should be happy.

Did a good job. Punctual, professional. The roof is too steep for me to feel safe up there, but they seemed to know what they were doing and texted proof-of-insurance to me before coming over.

I emailed 5 different gutter companies to get a quote to do gutters on my house. Juan was the 1st company to respond and came out the very next day. I ended up getting 4 quotes and 1 was close to his but he continued to follow-up to ensure all questions were answered during the time we were deciding to have this done. Once we agreed on a date Juan and his crew showed up early and completed the entire job in 1 day. It happened to be cold and raining but that didn't deter his crew and they completed the job on-time and on budget. I would definitely use Alfaro Rain Gutters again

They never showed up. I talked to them once and set up an appointment and then I never heard back from them.

We received a few comparable quotes and decided to go with Juan and his crew. We are glad we did; they did an awesome job. It is very professional and highly efficient. We are very pleased with the services provided. We highly recommend Alfaro Rain Gutters!
