I can not say enough about this business. Very professional, showed up on time and performed the work we discussed and even a few extras that had to be taken care of to keep the water from draining inside the building. My big plus was, if the owner of the business is out there working and over seeing his crew is HUGE.

First I received a flyer from this company in the mail for their roofing services (due to the recent hail storm). After vetting them on Angie's List and seeing that they're "A" rated, I called on 5/16/16 and spoke to Tabitha, who was very nice. I requested a quote on 5/18 or 5/19, since I was going to be off from work those days. She explained that they're very busy and that the rain was preventing them from giving quotes. However, she said she would call me back on either 5/18 or 5/19 to inform me that a technician would come out or to schedule another appt for a quote (if the weather was bad). The 18th came and went. I called and left a voice mail on the 19th. No response. I called on the 20th and left another voice mail asking for another call back. No response ever came. I'll find another roofing company that will at least call me back.

We can't say enough about ALEXANDER'S ROOFING. We are firm believers in 3 estimates. Not going to name the other two. We did decide on Alexander's for a few reason's. 1) Recommendation's from other home owners that we know. 2) Promptly came out for an estimate. 3) David took the time to explain every detail. 4) Cost, along with Quality of the product. ...and now, Very Satisfied with the end result of our new roof. Mr. Alexander was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked very hard at doing everything we requested and plus some. Needless to say We would use his services again and refer his company to our friends and neighbors. As a matter of fact our son and daughter liked the job he did for us so much that they used his services also.

The repairs were done at a time when many claims were made to insurance companies. Mr. Alexander came in and was quite charismatic on how much money he was going to save me by doing the job based on the insurance claim. I felt rushed by him but there was a sense of urgency due to rain coming into the house. I asked him to include the cost of my shed into the repairs and he gladly did. He did a rough estimate and we agreed. He starts doing repairs on the house and completes it in two days. He requested the insurance check after repairs were completed but I mentioned to him two concerns with the repairs. One, nails from one room of the house were coming through the ceiling and not repairing the roof on the shed. He stated that we hadn't agreed to those repairs on the shed and I mentioned that his estimate included it. He raised a concerned about this because he sure that it wasn't. Needless to say, he felt obligated to repair it because I it wasn't going to hand over the insurance check to him. After the job was completed, it rains and I have a leak coming in through the house. He responded right away but blamed it on the sun window being cracked and the insurance not covering it in the initial investment. I asked him to provide a solution to it but his recommendation was that I had to purchase this and then he would install it at a cost. I said fine but getting a hold of him to get this job completed is difficult at best. He monitors his calls after the initial call and then forgets or doesn't note what he told you. After he knows that you are not satisfied, he ignores your calls or will have his wife answer the call who is very rude when you address the issue. Bottom line: I completely gave up on him and decided to use another contractor to get the job done.

The roofing crew were punctual and professional. Overall job took about 2 days.

It went great as usual. David and one helper called to let me know when they would be here, showed up on time, and did the work professionally. We live a good hour from David's shop, but he never hesitates to make the effort and keep the customer happy. We have a house in College Station and he is going to do the roof on that house for us as well. That's three hours from San Antonio, but he is willing and we are thrilled to know the work will be done professionally and well. Thank you David for such great customer service.

Six years ago we had Alexander's Roofing re-roof our house due to hail damage. They were extreamly professional, on time and performed the task in a timely mannor. We are in the process of selling our house, and the inspector requested we reseal two of the pipes. I called Alexander's as they were the ones who installed the roof, and asked them to do the reseal. They responded the very next day and resealed all of the pipes not just the two requested. When I asked for the cost I was told they want happy customers, tell our friends about them, and left. No charge. We are buying a new house and hope to not need a roofer in the near future. When I do need a new roof, Alexanders Roofing is the one I'm going to call.

Our house was built in 1910. It is a story and a half and very tall, with a steep roof. We experienced a hail storm in May and the siding was shredded on the west side, and the roof was pummelled. Mr. Alexander's crews came in and worked like an ant colony getting everything done in a professional manner. They were very conscientious about their work and their conduct. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and effeciently. By far, the painting turned out to be the most daunting part of the job, as we have 25 windows and lots of trim that needed caulking before the paint could be applied. Mr. Alexander is a knowledgeable contractor, his crews respect him, and he respects them. The property was cleaned up at the end of each day, and once the job was completed, they made sure everything was buttoned down and cleaned up. If I have any complaint at all, it would be that Mr. Alexander is not the best at paperwork, but he is a man of his word, and always addressed my concerns promptly. I would use this company again.

Everything went perfectly, right on schedule, and the roof looks great. Only complain was the crew left lots of nails on my driveway which I am still picking up.

Alexander's Roofing did a pretty good job. They did an excellent clean up. They left no nails or old shingles. The roof looks exactly how I expected it to. I don't think he could have done any better. I personally took about ten comparison quotes and he was the most reasonable.
