 + -1 moreHe helped us out before, was very professional and very kind. He did a very good job. He's a one man operation and he handles it very well. He came to our house and the last encounter, he was unable to solve the problem and did not want to charge us any money. I wanted to give him some money because of this trouble but it was my idea, not his. He charged us before for other things and we were satisfied.

 + -1 moreJoe is amazing! I dropped off my computer one day and it was ready the next. He took the time to answer my questions in a "language" I could easily understand. Told me when it would be ready and how much it would cost to repair - he was on target with both!
Description of Work: Computer check-up of my business laptop. Completely cleaned and tuned-up a system I thought was ready for the dumpster and am now using it daily in my business as well as to type this report.
