Description of Work: Trimmed all oak trees, they did a good job!

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees in my front yard. On the positive side, my greatest concern (tree limbs touching the roof) was addressed, and the gentleman gave me a good suggestion, to simply trim away the branches from the roof, rather than cut off a whole section of the tree. On the negative side, the cuts were somewhat rough in places (where I could see them) and I saw no evidence that any cuts were sealed.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and was very professional. They did exactly what I had asked and did a wonderful job. I didn't realize until they arrived that I had used them last year to perform a similar task. |

Description of Work: We had a set date abd time for them to come out and they didn't show. I called and left a message and got no reply. Finally talked to the boss and gave them a chance to redeem themselves and he refused. Glad I didn't burn a vacation day to sit st home and wait for them.

Description of Work: The job was delayed several times due to weather. The day went well. Some blades were cut back on the sotols and twisted leaf agave but otherwise a clean job.

Description of Work: Their phone are never answered promptly. Their "send a text" option is not responded to promptly. HORRIBLE WITH COMMUNICATION. They scheduled to come 11:30am and there was no confirmation / communication that they will be late. We had to call and find out. The rescheduled for a later time the same day and they still did not show up. We had to take time off work to be home and the absence of proper communication was a major inconvenience. The crew arrived almost close to dark. We would've hired the provider for additional hours but the lousy service and the time of their arrival prevented us from doing so. |

Description of Work: cleared out back yard leaves and cut bushes, shredded and carried away debris. I had to point out a couple of places they missed but no big deal. They were okay

Description of Work: I really needed my yard mowed & all of the bushes trimmed, but getting my Big Deal scheduled and done was a major hassle, and the guy left without even making sure I was happy with the service. That said, I had hired them to come mow my lawn every other week for the rest of the summer & they did a very good job with that, so I think they were just overwhelmed at the business that came from the Big Deal.

Description of Work: They trimmed all 6 of our trees, removing dead branches and pruning to encourage upward growth. They cleaned everything up and were very courteous.
