I've used them extensively and they were very good.

There was a slight delay due to illness, but they overcame that and did a great job! I would hire them again.

They arrived about 40 minutes late, because they got lost - I live in the country. My husband told them what we wanted and they set to work. They worked fast and completed everything we wanted in 2 hours. Then we asked about the trees and they said that would be extra. But they cut the limbs quickly and loaded them up and they were off taking all the limbs and brush with them.

Original date to give me a bid was delayed. A person contacted me in advance of the scheduled time to reschedule. On the rescheduled bid date, I accepted the bid and scheduled for the work to be performed. The workers arrived on time and were very professional and curtious. Work was performed as described and all debris was hauled off. This was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend their services.

Excellent service. Representative visited in advance and provided an estimate to be combined with the Angie's List coupon. The entire crew was very professional, and did an extensive amount of work in a very short time. In addition, they stacked a great deal of the trimmings for use as firewood at my request (at no additional charge). Great job!

Everything went as expected. I purchased the $249 big deal from them and wanted my flowerbed cleaned up from the overgrown weeds and asked him to clean up one side of my house that had become overgrown and around one of my oak trees. While he was there I asked him to trim up one of my live oaks to remove limbs from close to the house. Andy did everything I asked him to do and was very happy with his service.

They were fantastic! They are the most thorough tree trimming service that we have ever used. We plan to have them do more work for us soon and plan to become one of their regular customers.

When they first came out, they quoted me a higher price per tree. However, as they got into the job, they did two large oaks for the agreed price. They wanted to do all the trees for more but I could not see how I would do that.

It went perfectly, like every homeowner dreams of when they hire a company to work for them. I bought a special of $279 for 8 hours of lawn/tree work. The scheduling was easy, the guys showed up on time and they worked hard. They were very polite and professional. One gentleman mowed and one used the gasoline trimmer, for 4 straight hours, with one break. They moved some big brush piles at the very end. I was worried I wasn't going to get everything done in 4 hours, so I moved them around and back and forth a few times, which they took in stride and did cheerfully. In other words, they were very flexible and I felt like I could ask them anything and they would do it. I was having a big party and wanted the grounds to look manicured and they certainly achieved that. I would recommend them for any yardwork, and I will definitely use them again.

They were faced with a hot, strenuous job. They got up every root.

this was a big deal purchased. Although we initially had a hard ntime connecting. once we were able to connect everything went smoothly. They should up on time, advised me what the big deal included and how much he could do, set up an appointment., and they returned and completed the job with no problems. Did such a fantastic njob that I actually hired him to trim and cut my oaks as needed on my property.

It went very well. They came out within a few days. They scheduled right away and it was done relatively quickly. What impressed me actually the most is that I met them on the time that they said they were going to be here but I had a meeting so I had to leave and there were two guys and I left them my cellphone number and said if they had any questions to give me a call. My husband had put red ribbons around plants that we did not want them to pull out and they specifically called me because they wanted to make sure of a certain area. That really impressed me. They took the time to actually call and make sure that they got it right and that they did exactly what we wanted them to do.

I took half a day of vacation on the scheduled date to supervise but after calling at the scheduled time to confirm they called back and said they were backed up and had to re-schedule for following Saturday. "I'm sorry" was the only response I received. VERY disappointed!!!!! UPDATE after work was performed: They showed up on Saturday and did a great job, cut all the branches I had requested plus others to open up canopy and get more light onto lawn. They cleaned everything up and piled it for brush collection this week and only took about an hour and a half. I upgraded my initial rating for Overall to a "B" and Quality to an "A" but have to give them a "C" for professionalism due to the lack of response or concern on the missed appointment. I have to leave Punctuality at an "F" because they also missed the first appointment to survey the job, and again no notice. Sorry, but my time is important and I don't like waiting around for missed appointments when it only takes a phone call. In my opinion, after looking at some of the other reviews, it seems like he just got overwhelmed with the response. Andy and his helper did a good job when they showed up and were very cordial, I just expect appointments to either be kept or be notified ahead of time if it needs to be postponed.

My experience was fantastic. They arrived right on time and they just got right to work you know, they knew exactly what it was that I wanted to have done. I had mentioned to them that I had this, took the owner when he was out there but I had a one-time that I didn't need to hang in a tree, but I just had not got around the building. And so far he was there, so he surprised me by doing that as well. I was amazed by how much they got done in the amount of time but they did it. Oh and then like part of , I guess when he got up there, he climbed the tree basically one-time and I guess some of the leaves and stuff from the tree had fallen into the pool. When I looked outside I did not even realize, what he had done yet, but the one-time I just saw him, with my net from my school and he was cleaning the leaves out of the pool. That was a way more than I expected. So he gets 'A's for everything.

It took a while for us to coordinate a date but Jason and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. Jason was helpful in advising me on what should be done to improve the condition of several trees and listened to my directions on what branches I wanted to be trimmed. Work went quickly and cleanup was as well. I was happy with the results.

Andy was quick to respond to my discounted purchase thru Angies List, however a combination of bad weather and heavy customer participation in their discount offer led a three week delay in starting the job. Once started they were quick, efficient and cleaned the area very well. I had to pay an additional $500.00 on top of the coupon offer, supposedly do to the size of the pecan branches. I honestly do not feel that the service I received was worth a $1000.00 . The area where the neighbors tree was over my pool is still a problem.They only cut one out of about 5 branches.

It turned out great. They were very punctual. They were easy to work with and easy to schedule. I was satisfied with the job. The price was fine.

They were not that good. They were sloppy and left a mess. I have gone with a different company. I would not rush to call them back. They were nice enough and tried to do all of things that I asked. The mess came from the way that my lot sits and the way the wind blows. It could have been a better job. They came pretty quick; it was within a week of calling them. I paid extra because there were things beyond the big deal. I paid $300 beyond what the big deal was. They did not want to spread the mulch where I wanted them too. They spread on the other side of my fence and it blew back into my pool. They broke some trees and put them on the other side of the fence where they would not be noticed. They knocked off a transformer with a tree and did not say anything about it. They were willing to stay longer and do some add on stuff. They did do a nice job on those things. I was not completely thrilled, but they did a really nice job. The price was good. I do not think that I would use them again, but I would not totally rule them out, if I was desperate I would call them.

The provider gave me an accurate and reasonable quote for their services. When they came out, they did what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves even better than I anticipated. There was no trace of fallen leaves, sticks, or limbs. I would use this company again for tree and yard services. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

First the out just finished cutting broken branch. Second visit fished cutting up that branch and hauled away tree branch. He was supposed to trim up the branches and clean up the rough cut and of the broken branch and seal the tree. I had to call them and tell them that you I was not satified because he did not do what he said he was going. To do. He finally came out to finish the job a few days later. On the first visit he just started cutting without giving an actual estamite . The service that he proformed appeared high. I will not use them again.

They showed up on time for the estimate. I had a coupon for $500. The estimate for what I wanted done was $900. I agreed. We set an appointment. They showed up on time for the appointment. We have 15 trees on our property. There were many dead branches and limbs. Plus neighbor's trees had dead limbs over our property. The team of 2 worked from 9 am until 7pm trimming away the dead branches and cleaning up. They did an excellent job trimming and sealing the stumps. We were very satisfied. The price was lower than any other estimate I had gotten.

Very satisfied with the work performed. Communication with the company was great - very responsive and accommodating to our yard's needs. Would definitely use them again.
