If you need an appraisal for any reason, I highly recommend Rodney Pfleiger with Alamo Valuation. He replied to my request immediately, understood clearly what I needed, arranged a mutually agreed upon appointment time, & explained the fee clearly. He was very punctual; he took pictures of each room and several of the outside. When I received the final report, it was very thorough and professionally done. I was very pleased with the appraisal. Give him a call. You'll be glad you did!
