ALAMO KITCHEN AND BATH

Great work done by Dorin at Alamo Kitchen & Bath on our new water heater installation and guest room bathroom shower which required plumbing work to replace the shower valve and other accessories. Although the work in the water heater closet was tedious, using his expertise, Dorin got the job done promptly and efficiently while cleaning up amazingly along the way. Would definitely recommend for future plumbing and remodel needs.

Dorin was great to work with when remodeling our house. We asked for the popcorn ceiling to be scraped and painted, carpet and tile removal along with new flooring to be placed and new door trim/baseboards. He brought by samples for us to look at it and respected our budget. They showed up on time every day and had the house as clean as it could be (given that it was a messy project) each evening. Dorin will always be in contact for anything that is needed.

I hired Stone Oak Renovations for a full master bathroom remodel. Dorin was great from start to finish. The bathroom was torn down to bare bones and rebuilt. Everything is very high quality from fixtures and cabinets down to the tile. Communication was extremely well along the way and the project turned out beautiful.

We maintain a custom home with many high-end furnishings that require a special touch. Doran has been excellent at proficiently and professionally completing a variety of complex contract installations including replacement of our entire team flooring. He is reliable and an excellent communicator who I feel extremely blessed to work with.

Dorin‘s work exceeded our expectations. He obviously takes pride in his work. His work was completed on time and on budget. There were no surprises. The only additional charges were work order changes that I requested and he still managed to complete the job on time. In addition to the bathroom renovation he painted the closet and master bedroom and added a second HVAC register in the bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

6-22-2022. From start to finish, Dorin did an excellent job. Soon after assessing the work needed and what I wanted, Dorin drew up a design with the cost for the project. He took into consideration my budget & that I wished to keep basic kitchen structure. He also quickly updated kitchen design when I told him of changes I wanted. He always kept me in the loop as work progressed, explaining what or why specific work was needed. I’m impressed that he’s a very experienced remodeling contractor and very skillful in all aspects: installing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, electrical and plumbing. He completed the work within his stated timeline. I’m beyond happy with the beautiful and functional new kitchen. I highly recommend Dorin for kitchen remodeling work other homeowners might be considering.

Very well. This is my first time having this kind of work done and Dorin was good at explaining the process in detail. The kitchen is beautiful, exceeded my expectations. Came in on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Dorin to anyone. Hard worker and honest. Very respectful in my home, always keeping things clean.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I leave for work every morning and had to give Dorin a key to the house. Completely honest and trustworthy person, and because he self performs most everything, I never had to worry about unknown people coming in while I wasn’t home. This was a big job that required tearing out the concrete slab, running new plumbing, electrical, closing off a window, adding a wall, moving doors, etc. Dorin showed up every day, and worked full days until completion. If I ever had any questions or asked for changes, he was happy to accommodate. Highly recommended!!!!

5 weeks. Everything stayed on time and in budget. Very happy with the results. The pictures are from the master bath- before and after. Once we paint it will be wonderful.

Dorin was great! He was quick to respond to my inquiry, review the job, and provide a quote. There were several unknowns with the project but he was confident and diligent in finding a solution and completing the work. We were extremely satisfied with the finished project. Great! Dorin was so easy to wok with. Punctual and informed us if time needed to change. He advocated for us with our insurance company to get us a much fairer settlement. He brought samples to our home and listened carefully to our desires. Very patient! Project completed in estimated time. It was not feasible for us to move to motel during renovation and he worked hard to make it as easy as possible for us to remain comfortably in our home. His work is beautiful, paying a lot of attention to details. Also, he was always ready to go the “extra mile” for us!

The project went very well. Basically, every room in the house was effected. The crew was very professional & were very focused on the work being done. Dorin led the crew & ensured the end product was to my satisfaction. In point of fact, the remodel turned out even better than my expectations. I received increased value for my money. Doran has completed several projects for us over the last six years. He is a talented craftsman and his work is very professional. We had him install hardwood floors, remove popcorn ceilings and replace with orange peel texture, install new base trim and paint our master bedroom, dinning room and living room. In Dec. 2019 he renovated our upstairs bathroom which entailed gutting the room and installing everything new; plumbing fixtures, ceramic tile flooring, bathtub, toilet, vanity cabinets with stone countertops/porcelain sinks and new upgraded lighting and ventilation. Our projects with him have always been completed on time and at the quoted price.

We had a company install our hardwood floors and they were not installed correctly. So Dorian came out to assess our floors and found that the floors were not leveled. He had to redo all of the work that was previously done from the other company and he did a wonderful job. We are very happy with how they came out.

We needed our floors replaced as a result of the snowstorm. Stone Oak Renovations replaced the whole floor and the baseboards and even put in new door stoppers on each door. They were professional and courteous every step of the way and the work is absolutely beautiful.
