Mark and his team at Alamo Exteriors did an excellent job of replacing the siding on our home. Our house looks brand new and we could not be happier with the process and the results. Mark was very professional and stayed in contact with us during the entire process. We would definitely use Mark and Alamo Exteriors again.

Plenty of workers made the installation go very quickly. Workers were courteous and left the work areas clean. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to replace their old windows with quality, high-efficiency replacement windows.

Where to begin....the short review: My husband and I highly recommend Alamo Exteriors! They do exceptional work and their entire team is very easy to work with and very professional. The details: We spent a lot of time trying to analyze whether to put money into our existing home or sell it and start fresh and buy a newer home. We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost us. We decided to go with Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors. Mark explained in great detail the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn?t the least expensive, but he wasn?t the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He even gave us his cell number and would stay in touch with us, even over holiday weekends. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. In addition, all of his workers that we met were extremely polite, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was impressed by the way Mark talked to his workers as well. They all love him. He never talked down to them, but spoke with each of them as an equal when explaining what he wanted from them. They are a great team! It seemed that even with our minds made up before they began, my husband and I kept throwing little changes at them. They handled every request with grace and were very accommodating. I?ve always heard that remodeling jobs take their toll on couples but I have to say that this was the best experience I?ve ever had. They handled our home as if it were their own. They did a magnificent job! I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them over and over again! I can honestly say that we did not have one single ?encounter? during the entire makeover. They are THE BEST!

The owner - Mark came in person to inspect and give us an estimate. He was very helpful and thorough in his assessment and demonstration of the proposed replacements. I had already spent many hours researching the different manufacturers and settled on Don Young replacements. These seemed to be the best choice for our south Texas climate. Mark was in agreement for this project. He carefully gave us a step by step explanation of the process and an approximate time frame answering any questions we had. He gave us a very fair price and we signed on for the project. The work crew was outstanding in all areas. They were very courteous and friendly. The removal was neat and clean. The preparation of the openings were very meticulous - these men missed nothing! The installation of the new windows was done neatly and much care was given to the smallest details. I've seen many windows installed but this was the highest quality installation I've seen to date. When finished, the men carefully cleaned the windows and their work areas. Mark came by late in the day to inspect and see if we had any concerns, which we did not. I will definitely use Alamo Exteriors for future projects.

We were extremely impressed and pleased with every facet of the work Alamo Exteriors did in replacing the windows and sliding patio door in our home. When Mark Belto, the owner of the business, came to our home on his initial visit, he very thoroughly explained the structure and the energy-efficient specifications of the aluminum windows he sells, and how they compare with other types of windows in this market. When we went around the house to look at the windows needing to be replaced, he volunteered different style options for each room and the advantages/disadvantages of each. We were thoroughly educated about the brand and styles of windows and patio door that he sells - without any pressure to choose a certain kind or style. Because of Mr. Belto's input, we selected some window configurations we not were not aware of before his visit. Also, his price was significantly below that of a competitor who we had interacted with to purchase the same windows. We placed our order with Mr. Belto at the end of his visit. The new windows and patio door were installed in our home 3 weeks after our order was placed by a 4-man crew. They worked very hard and, thus, were able complete the job in one day. Also, they were very careful with our home - they took down and reinstalled all our blinds, moved furniture pieces away from the windows and then put them back, covered the interior floors around the windows, and thoroughly cleaned up their messes and all windows after the job was finished. They also were very interactive and respectful of us as the owners of the house. As for the quality of their work, it was outstanding. All windows were caulked thoroughly around the edges and all open and close without any problems. The new windows and patio door look as good as we were led to believe and are a wonderful upgrade to our home. While the installation work was being done, Mr. Belto came to the house 3 times to monitor the progress and also got involved and quot;hands-onand quot; in repairing our front door, which was an add-on job. In the week following the installation, Mr. Belto called us 3 times to check our level of satisfaction and to see whether we had any problems or questions. All to say, the whole window and patio door replacement job by Alamo Exteriors is one of the best remodeling experiences with contractors that we have had in the nearly 40 years we have lived in our home. Alamo Exteriors has our highest recommendation.

Unfortunately due to manufacturing difficulties, the installation was delayed by 3 days. The manufacturer called to explain and apologize for the delay. Workers were efficient and courteous. Windows are attractive.

We had already signed a contract with other company for vinyl windows and had two days to cancel. We contacted Alamo Exteriors Siding and Windows for an estimate. Due to the time crunch, the owner, Mark, came by for a demo that day. Our talk with him wasn't as detailed as the demo we had from the other company. He showed us a aluminum window that looked better and explained how how it compared to vinyl frame windows energy wise. We decided to cancel the contract with the first company. We gave mark a cancellation letter, which, he delivered it to the first company the next day. Within three weeks, the windows arrived from the local company and were installed. 12 windows were installed in one day. The other four were installed in two hours the next morning. Mark was pleasant and sent a thank-you note after the demo. When placing the window order, Mark called to talk about our style choice for one of the windows and explained why he thought we should change it (at his cost). He was good about calling to let me know when the install team would arrive. He called to see how the install team was doing and came in person. There were no problems with the install team. The person in charge is upbeat and accommodating.
