Great! We are pleased as punch with the results. Very friendly, professional, and prompt. Explained everything very well. Made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

.The workers were fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better workers. The office staff is also very helpful. This is the second time I've used them, because I had a door repaired at my mothers house two years ago. I noticed that the company only has 3 old reviews, and I think that's probably don't remind people to place a review on Angie's List like the other companies I've used do.

The man that was on duty and taking calls was really helpful and told me how to disconnect my door. I thought he was very helpful and he seemed to understand my plight. I couldn't even get my car out of my garage so my main thing was just getting the garage door open. It worked and I was most appreciative. When I get ready to fix it, I will call them back based on that experience.

Their customer service section was friendly and efficient. They provided me with a good selection of dates to choose from. Once the date was scheduled, they showed up on time and performed the job quickly without any problems. They actually turned out to be cheaper than some private (out of the house) contractors--price was fair. I probably could have saved more if I would have shopped around a little more but I was trying to coordinate all of this from 1600 miles away. I would use them in the future.

Excellent service. The installer called 45 minutes prior to showing up for the job at my rental. He installed the door and garage door opener, then tested the door about 4 or 5 times to ensure that everything worked well. I will use this company again. The price of the garage door was $349.00. The price of door opener was $280.00.
