+ -1 moreHector now uses the company name Kitchen & Bathroom Experts. Premier was his past company, and Alamo Design & Remodeling! He is NOT with the Better Business Bureau. We did sign an agreement with him. However, we are now concerned because of what we are finding on him from here and on the BBB and Google reviews. We did not pay him anything, and he is insistent that, due to signing the agreement that we must move forward with him. He has walked away from several contracted agreements and never responded to them. We are at fault for not doing our homework before meeting with him. However, we are contacting an attorney to see if we are legally bound to work with him.

+ 8 moreHector Meza walked off the job and ignored all forms of communication. We paid him 2/3 of the total payment, but only a small portion of work was done, and done very poorly. He has taken our money and left us with broken tile floors, no shower, no toilet, no sinks or countertops, missing hardware needed for installation of bi-fold doors, and many broken fixtures due to extremely unprofessional subs who are paid a very low wage.
Description of Work: Three bathroom remodels which included new tile, new walk-in shower, new walls and closet, all walls and ceilings painted, new cabinetry, countertops, sinks, paint and stain on cabinetries, install bi-fold doors.
