Description of Work: Roofing & External Painting Service; Repair of the Patio

Description of Work: Carlos and his crew demolished our old vanity, medicine cabinet, and fur down as well as removing all wallpaper and the popcorn ceilings. Repair was done where the fur down was removed and the walls and sealing were floated. Orange peel texture was applied to all walls and the ceilings. The walls were then primed and painted. Carlos also primed and painted our new cabinets, three pockets doors, baseboards, trim, and our new linen doors. They also removed the old tile from our step down shower. They poured concrete to raise the shower floor to a new elevation, installed a new shower pan to include curb and installed a final cement layer. Then they installed hardi board to the shower stall walls with red-guard. They designed a shower niche and blocked for a grab bar as well as a towel bar. Ceramic tile was installed on walls and floor of the shower and grout and caulking applied. Before work began, the covered our hardwood floors and furniture and when they were finished, they cleaned up.
