We were extremely impressed with all aspects of the service we received. George the owner was on time, very honest, and was very professional in explaining pros and cons of various types of roofing materials, roof color recommendations, details of his proposal, etc. He also explained why he chose not to compete with the cheapest companies we received estimates from. (Basically, you get what you pay for.) The crew foreman -- who has been with the company for years -- was on-site at all times, and the crew did an excellent job. They were punctual, thorough, did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards, and went to great lengths to ensure that my plants were not damaged during the process. Both the foreman and owner inspected all the work afterwards to make sure that it was done right, and they ensured that I was satisfied before signing off on the paperwork. We will definitely be using Alamo City Roofing when we need our next roof.
