 + -1 moreJulian did a phenomenal job with my A/C system. He was very punctual and his work ethic is impeccable. He finished the job in 1 day, by the evening our A/ C was up and running which is a must with our Texas heat! He came in the second day for small touch ups for about 2 hours. I will never use another company ever again. Follows up himself days later to make sure everything is good.

 + -1 moreAs soon as I called Alamo City Air, I received a prompt response. Julian Maldonado came all the way from San Antonio and fixed my unit that same day. I did not have to wait. Julian is a very professional individual and provides an excellent customer service. I would hire Alamo City Air again.
Description of Work: My a/c unit broke down at the beginning of the Summer and I needed to have it fixed ASAP. Before I contacted Alamo City Air I called another company here in Austin, TX, but I had a very bad experience, their service was deficient and it was not what I expected. Poor customer service.

He gave us an estimate and got to work right away. He was quick and efficient. He explained things to us in easy terms and was available for questions. We've had no issues since he installed the system. We highly recommend him!

 + -1 moreIt went perfect. I spoke with several HVAC contractors. Julian was the only one that listened to me and helped me find a solution to my problem. The others tried to ramrod $20k mini splits, damper systems, and other goofy stuff that was high dollar and unnecessary. Julian's guys showed up on time and had the job done faster than I could have imagined, at a very fair price. And Julian has gladly come out to look at my system and check its functionality months after the install.

 + -1 moreWe have been more than pleased with all the jobs that we call Julian to do. The last two jobs have been at our older vacation rentals. Julian has reworked the ducting to provide better comfort to our guests and more savings to us with more efficient equipment in the houses.
Description of Work: My husband and I own 4 vacation rentals, along with a long term rental, and our personal home. Being in San Antonio with these houses, it is a must to have a reliable air conditioning system and company to call if needed. We tried several companies before we found Julian, owner of Alamo City Air. Julian is a teacher at heart, and explains everything that he will be doing. He will tell you if you don't need to spend money on a repair or replace, and why. Earlier this year, we had to replace our two units at the home we live in and Julian was prompt, courteous, and extremely affordable. He is all about quality, and told us that he only puts in Trane units. Julian does not hesitate to come to take care of any problems in a timely manner. He is very trustworthy, polite, and we do not hesitate to refer him to friends.
