+ -1 moreThey did exactly what they said they were gonna do WHEN they said they were going to do it. I had two other companies lined up before them that backed out and just blew me off. I was VERY impressed with their courtesy and professionalist.

+ -1 moreTom Weir responded in a reasonable time line to a request for a bid .Since I was not at home the bid was sent by email and when I called for clarification answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The date of the work was slightly delayed due to prior committments and weather but it was a reasonable delay and he was up front about it at the time we talked about the contract. I was not at home on the day scheduled but they arrived about the time I expected. They worked through to the afternoon until finished. They left the site cleaner than they found it. All in all they did an excellent job and I would recommend their work to anyone.
Description of Work: Asphalt overlay, cut and finished all intersections with existing sidewalks and garage apron. Also cleaned the edges near the grassy areas. Installed extra asphalt at the edge instead of sloping into the grassy area.

Description of Work: Asphalt Overlay: Sawcut perimeters where applicable. Remove and haul. Tack coat using RC250 tack oil. Machine lay approximately 2" of Ttpe "D" Hot Mix asphalt. Compact to maximum density.
