I called Alamo appliance and told Justin what the problem was. He came out and “repaired” it. That night I put a very light load in the machine and the plate came off again. I called and he returned. Then he told me it needed a new motor and drive shaft, one of which he said was on back order. Knowing that the machine was still under warranty, I decided to call Lowe’s. Two days later a technician from Lowe’s service came and in 10 minutes he replaced the agitator plate. He was literally only in my house for 10 minutes and the machine is working perfectly. No new motor or drive shaft needed.🤔 call “Cal Tex” if you need any appliance repair, and ask for Isaac, you will be happy you did. And there was no charge.
Description of Work: The agitator plate on my LG washer came off.

I asked him, his guarantee and he told me, he guaranteed for 90 days. Nothing was in writing. When the washer continued to flood, and we called them to come out, they did not return phone calls and never came back out. We ended up calling another company, who was able to fix the problem for $28.
Description of Work: They came to look at a 2003 maytag washer. Told us it was the gasket, that needed replacing. He replaced the gasket and charged us $100. The problem was not the gasket and the washer continued to flood.
