Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration

I have a hand woven, wool rug, that is incredibly challenging to keep clean, especially with dogs. I met with Charles, and he stated that this was something they could absolutely take care of. The customer service was exceptional, and my rug came back looking and feeling, brand new! I will definitely use their services again! Don't waste any time, call these guys, they're on it!

Great! Brian and Joe did a wonderful job and my tenant was thrilled with the result. She sent pictures and said the carpet looked like it was brand new! Andrew & Eric were on time, explained everything and did an outstanding job. My furniture looks as good as it did the day I brought it home. It was a specialty job requiring low moisture, no steam cleaning due to the fabric and pillow fill. I had a much lower cost proposal from another company that wanted to steam clean it, despite the manufacturer's recommendation.

Employee showed up initially, then asked to come back later because cleaning would have been too difficult during business hours. We appreciated that and he came back later. He was tired so the last visit as short and curt. Recommended that we replace all our air ducts, too dirty to clean. Getting second, third and fourth opinions since have validated that cleaning is definitely doable. Going with another company to do the cleaning, $10k is the job.

With a minimum of water and using the proper liquid cleaner they were able to remove the entire stain and actually left me a bottle of the cleaner in case it happens again. Sea grass material is very absorbent and red wine on any absorbent material is sure to stain....but they fixed it!

They did an excellent job. They actually took it to their shop because I had an old dog that had peed on the carpet. It took some real cleaning and they did a beautiful job.

I think they could have gone a little bit lower on their price. There were two people who performed the work. It took about 1.5 to 2 hours to finish the service. They had my carpet looking brand new and my floor. They did really awesome.

Their prices are a bit high and we had some difficulty getting scheduled and I didn't like that they laid out my silk rug on the floor for people to walk on. When they found out something was not cleaned all the way, they took it back and cleaned it again. They do show up when they say they will.

I had originally scheduled Aladdin to come out to clean my air ducts. When they first arrived, they said they'd check the kitchen air duct to see what kind of job they had ahead of them. They took a photo of the duct in the kitchen, which they say is usually the dirtiest. They showed me the picture and said that it was actually quite clean and didn't require any services. I was really impressed by their honesty since the could've easily not taken the picture and not shown it to me and charged me for the services. They were really nice and professional. They wore footies around the house, which I thought was great.

They did a great job at a fair price.......what else can I say!

Techs were very friendly and showed use before and after photos of each vent area. They did a great job and let us know the condition of duct work in the attic and HVAC which were both in good condition. I would definitely hire Aladdin Cleaning again.

This company is outstanding. They're not the cheapest, but if you have expensive oriental rugs, this is the company to use. They clean the rugs the correct way and hang them properly. They don't just use a chemical drip to clean the rugs, but actually run them through a machine made especially for wool rugs. They also pick up and deliver! My house was recently flooded and they came right out within 24 hours to pick up my rug to prevent staining and molding. I just got it back last week. They really do a good job.

Two technicians came out and completed the work in about 3 hours. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The service went smoothly and I was very satisfied with their work. I had no problem the service. They came out the same day I called.

Right on time, got right to work, excellent attitude and service. Stained recliner greatly improved, grungy throw pillows look brand new. Finished in less than two hours.

They did a great job, they were able to make it to the house earlier due to a cancellation, so the office called me to offer the earlier time that I wanted. The web appointment scheduler works well, but I only received an automated reply that I had an appointment. I called the morning of the appointment to verify they were back to work after the holiday and found out that my time was booked already, and I needed to reschedule. Everything came out great, and we are very satisfied. I have taken rugs to them in the past with good results.

Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration cleaned two (2) oriental rugs, one large and one small. They gave me a firm price before the work was done. When I went to pick up the rugs about two (2) weeks later, I commented that I was unable to find a coupon on Angie's List. The agent for Aladdin voluntarily gave me a coupon worth 20%. The rugs were cleaned thoroughly. Also, I was given a free sample of spot rug cleaning fluid. Overall I'd have to say that my experience was highly positive. I'd recommend Aladdin to anybody in Greater San Antonio.

Great. The sales associate explained our options after looking at the carpets we brought in for cleaning. He dint try to upsell. He was very knowledgable about the services. He gave us an estimated completion date and the carpets were ready for pick up as promised. Both carpets look great. We are very pleased and will use them again.

Working with John was great. He was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process and through the findings. John even took it one step further and helped guide us through the process of what to do next. He was so wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!

On time, professional, and effective. They do things that no other provider does, like wiping down the base boards, and pre-vacuuming! How cool is that? A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I wish their version of scotch guard wasn't over priced. They quoted $110 for something a can for $8.00 at lowes was able to accomplish.

Good no problems at all they did the best they could. It took them about a week and a half to clean. They are professional and did a nice job.

Aladdin's estimator came over first and thoroughly discussed the project. We obtained an overall cost estimate for all of the rugs. We discussed the treatment and the process. The estimator took the first two rugs with her to the plant. When they were finished, we gave two or three more each visit until the project was completed. Aladdin's driver Xavier was outstanding. He and the various helpers who worked with him moved furniture, rolled and unrolled rugs, dealt with non-skid pads and placed the rugs exactly where we wanted them. They made sure on every visit that we were completely satisfied. The rugs look great and we are very pleased.

I am a landlady with 2 apartments in San Antonio. Prior tenant left me with stained carpet and new tenant is waiting to move in. I called yesterday and he found a way for them to come this morning. Arrived on time and got the job done. Called with estimate including Angie's List discount. Only they never called back for payment! I will get this paid in the morning. Thank You Aladdin.
