All in all, an honest and professional job. We recommend this service especially to folks with South Texas allergies. We have experienced fewer stuffy headed days since having the ducts and vents cleaned.

The work went very well. The men (2) were professional, clean and took the time to show me all that they were doing as the work progressed. They showed me the photos that were taken of the ducts before and after cleaning. I was very pleased with the work.

I got all the pricing information over the phone with Aladdin and chose to take my 2 rugs to them. i asked that they give me an estimate of how much i could sell these rugs for. i am very happy with the clean rugs. I looked them over and am happy with their cleaning. I asked that they try to sell one of my rugs which they are doing in their showroom.

I like Aladdin a lot.They do a good job. If you don't like it, they come right back and take care of it for you.What they charge in price, they make up for in quality.

They had wall guards so that the hoses didn't mark up the wall. They used booties on their shoes. They worked hard and were very professional.

We had Aladdin Cleaning come out and clean our air ducts. They called to inform us that they were running late for the first appointment. When they arrived they checked our system and found several tears in the duct work. They informed us that they could not do the cleaning until the ducts were repaired. The technician showed us exactly where the ducts needed to be repaired. A new appointment was made, and they showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The service was performed in a professional manner. Both technicians were very conscientous, and explained the sevices being performed, what we could expect afterward, and what we should do to maintain and monitor our duct system.

Went great. Very satisfied...will use them again in the future for sure!!

We called a couple of air duct cleaning companies to compare rates. This included the advertised cleaning company through Angies List. Aladdin has great reviews, and their normal rate quotes were comparable to special discounted quotes. We decided to go with the Aladdin. Service was scheduled for a week out, accommodating our schedule. The service person arrived within the time window stated and began to inspect the system. The evaluation was that no cleaning was required. I was prepared to pay $450. It certainly is a pleasure to encounter honest business people.

The service on both jobs was absolutely excellent. They came right on time, and worked efficiently and professionally. The Oriental rugs cleaned in their facility look great. And the team (Eric and Daniel) who cleaned our rugs and furniture in our house were very very thorough, and did a great job. Completely professional. We were very pleased at what a great job they did. We highly recommend Aladdin Cleaning for in-house furniture and carpet cleaning, and for Oriental rug cleaning in their facility.

I called Aladdin on Monday and the work was scheduled for Wednesday. The lead guy, George, called me about 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time and asked if he could come over early. That was fine with me, and George and his partner explained the process, cleaned all air ducts in my home, inspected both heat pumps, and cleaned one of them, and then "fogged" the duct system to kill any mold, mites, etc. The work was done quickly (3 1/2 hours) and George was great about explaining things. I sat outside once they started vacuuming the ducts and then left for 1 1/2 hours after they fogged -- just to let the air clear. The whole thing couldn't have gone more smoothly. Would definitely recommend these guys -- they were super.

Both services went very well. All technicians were very professional, courteous and thorough.

George and Benny arrived at the appointed time (8:00 AM). Originally, I had ordered only the vent cleaning. However, in my discussion with the men, I came to the conclusion that the cleaning of the entire system was what I wanted and needed. There was no pressure selling from the men, just answers to the questions I had. The prices were made clear to me in advance. Further, one of the fans could not be removed and had to be cleaned in place so I was not charged the full price. Frankly, I would not have known the difference so I really appreciated the honesty. Lastly, I had a coupon from Angieslist for 15% off the service and did not remember to submit it to the men. I received a call later that day from George who told me he forgot to apply the discount. He offered me credit or the 15% to be mailed to me. Overall experience with these men was an A+. These men are honest and hardworking and I will not hesitate to use them again or suggest the services that they provide for Aladdin.

They were punctual and did a good job. The price was good. I would use them again.

We just moved into a home in Castroville and were unsure if/when the air ducts had been cleaned. The technicians arrived on time. George and Benny performed a thorough inspection of my air ducts and unit, explaining what they were doing and offering suggestions on how to maintain the system in the future. Everything looked fine and required no cleaning or vacuuming; consequently, there was no charge for services. I felt this was remarkable because the techs were there for nearly an hour, removed vent covers, climbed up in the attic, etc, and did not charge for the inspection.

They charge $30 for cleaning one duct. I have two separate air conditioning system. Overall, the work was good. The guy told things will settle down after a month, so I am waiting for it. The technicians were fine. There were two people who seemed to know what they were doing. They explained to us what they were doing.

That service went fine. They are just one of the better known companies in San Antonio, so I just called them. They did get out a pet odor, but there was an extra charge for that. I spent $250 on that service.

They arrived at scheduled time---they were very pleasant---they cleaned up after themselves---I was extremely satisfied with their work----I would certainly use them again

It was easy to make the appointment; the staff were polite and helpful. The cleaners showed up on time and didn't get lost (!) which is a plus--our house can be hard to find. They did a great job, were friendly and polite, explained their process and discussed their findings with us, and worked around the bustle of a 3-kid family while doing it. I highly recommend them for this service.

The rugs had not been cleaned in 10yrs and they came back like new!

The job they did on the rugs was very good, but they were fairly inflexible with delivering them back to the house. It took several weeks for us to be able to find the time to work the schedule between them and us - that was the difficulty. The price was fine. I would probably not use them in the future.

They are very courteous, professional and prompt. They came in when they said they would. They are very quick. I was very pleased with their service after wards and I had no complaints. They were very good. It's just that I had not expected the kind of service that they provided and I would recommend them.

Pastors home had vents which had not been cleaned in 5 years, causing home heating to be virtually non-existent. The company's team arrived on time and fully prepared to do the job. MUCH dust and dirt was removed from both ducts and vents which resulted in a comfortably heated 35 year old home. Clean up was done very quickly and to the utmost satisfaction of the woman of the home. A job well done!
