It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The estimator was very professional and courteous. George and Benny who performed the work were awesome and very experienced. I would definitely recommend Alladin and use them again.

All carpets were cleaned and treated for pets. The gentlemen moved furniture as needed to complete a thorough cleaning. They did an excellent job and are carpets no longer have a lingering odor... they smell fresh! Last year they cleaned our Oriental Rug for pet stains and did a great job, as well. We will continue to use them when needed.

arrived late. didn't call to say when they would arrive. stated they called a second number, but i didn't give them a second number.when they arrived they started promptly and finished in the time they quoted. did the work they contracted for and explained how it was done and the overall results.. please with the results and would use again if needed. if on a tight schedule yourself, i'd be pinning them down to the first appointment of the day

I am in the process of renovating a new house. The registers had been sealed with silicon caulk to the ceiling. While the technician knew to cut through the caulk, he was less than diligent and rigorous. The result was sheetrock damage at several of the vents. Four required Spackle to repair and repainting and one required a patch because a twelve inch strip of sheetrock was pulled from the wall. A word to the wise ? if your registers are caulked, cut them away in advance. In one room I had a thick layer of dirt in a circle around where they had placed the tarp. The carpet is filthy now. Think twice. A full refund was received plus and apology!

I called, made and appointment to drop the rugs off and they were ready when promised

I had them scheduled to come around 10:00 but they promptly called me and informed that they could come earlier. Two guys came and had a look at the duct and said that it is pretty clean and no need for cleaning. My house is 4 years old. They also opened the AC unit and showed me like what needs to be done. When I asked them how much I owe, they told me nothing I was really surprised. They were honest and did not push any other service. I highly recommend them.

Daniel J. & his assist. took their time cleaning & treating several trouble spots from that had been soiled from pet stains. Other carpet cleaning companies had cleaned them before, and as soon as the carpet started to dry, the stains came back. I explained this all to Daniel. It was obvious from start to job finish that they take pride in their work. They wore shoe covers while working, which noone else has done before & they even gave me 2 little bags of doggie treats when they left. It's the "small, little extra" things like that let you know that they appreciate your business & want you to be a return customer. Oh, & they also left me with shoe covers to wear while my carpet was drying.

I was very happy with the job they did. You have to drop off the rugs to them, and it takes a while to have the work done and you also need to have an appointment. But the work they do is great and I would absolutely use them again.

They do a very good job. They have been cleaning my rugs for years. They offer special throughout the year, and I usually use those.

They also do water restoration after a flood or fire damage, they clean carpets and expensive rugs and air duct too. They did excellent on both and we had rugs cleaned and a couple of them repaired as we had moved back to the US from Germany. We pulled out our rugs and found that we have humps in them so they cleaned that and got them again so they were usable. They did a great job on that as that rug was 25 years old.

This morning Mr. Bob Spalten came to my house to give me free estimate on cleaning one rug and furnishings. He promptly called to make appointments for two different crews. One to pick up the rug, another to come to clean my chairs and sofas. Few hours later two men wearing plastic booties arrived earlier than the scheduled arrival time. I am most grateful for that. After they observed what I need to be spot and steam cleaned; two sofas and 6 dining chairs. They brought in plastic corners to protect all my door frames, then they brought in the vacuuming tube inside my house. They laid down quilted pads under the furnishings to protect my hardwood floors. After finishing the job, they promptly put away their equipment and asked where I wanted the chairs back. These men were extremely very courteous and polite. Consider me a very pleased customer and will not hesitate to call this company again soon.

Beginning with Aladdin's customer service representative who took my call about carpet cleaning our experience was very positive. The customer service rep was able to answer all of my questions concerning carpet cleaning with some very serious pet stains! She was very knowledgeable and professional right down to scheduling someone to come out and give us an estimate for the service. The individual who provided the estimate for carpet cleaning services was punctual, very professional and also answered all of my questions. I liked their estimate (especially with the Angie's List 15% discount. We scheduled a date and time for he carpets to be cleaned. The two service people who came to complete the actual cleaning job, were prompt, very courteous and very professional. They explained the process of how they would work on the pet stains, and then the general carpet cleaning. They completed the job in a very timely fashion, they were extremely thorough in tackling a very difficult task ( the abundance of pet stains) they explained everything they did. Once they were finished they took us on a tour of their work so that if we felt they missed something they could fix it immediately. We found their work to be fabulous. I never thought our carpets could look so good again. They were very successful in removing both the pet stains and any pet odor. Customer service has followed up to make sure that everything is as it should be (and it is). The carpet looks unbelievable and a month later there are no signs of returning stains and no odor. Aladdin will be my first choice for all future services that they perform. Five stars and kuddos to Aladdin Carpet Cleaners! I am one very happy customer!

. The rug was returned completed clean and in great shape on 04/23/2012. The technicians were very efficient, very corteous, very kind! (And very professional!) It was worth every penny. I strongly recommend this firm!

They came out on time and first did an inspection of the ducts and the AC system. They showed us very clearly that our AC ducts and dryer vent were clean and did not require cleaning. They also showed us where some of our AC ducts had came unsealed, which explained the increase in dust lately. When they were done I was ready to pay them money for what they had done and they said "No sir we do not charge a service call fee and since your ducts are clean you owe us nothing. We take pride in our Company not pushing uneeded servies on to our customers." This was an awesome experience!!!!

And I will never use Aladdin Cleaning again for anything. The work was done but the process was stressful and they had no respect for my home or me. After they had left I had to clean the whole house. Dust was everywhere. They lack in professional skills. What a nightmare!!!
