I was able to get a next day appointment which is really hard to do. Eric Parker and Steve were prompt. First accessed what the furniture needed and explained to me what should be done and the cost. Then they worked diligently and quickly to complete the Work in a very timely manner. I was left with brightly cleaned furniture and a guarantee of the work. I was so satisfied I will use them for my future cleaning needs.

They charge by square footage of the room. Their service was excellent. A little more than other places but you get what you paid for. Very thorough, fast and careful. I'm very happy and will recommend to anyone.

As far as I'm concerned, it went very well. They were not interested in just cleaning for the sake of making some money. That in turn inspires me to use this company in the future due to the lack of pressure to pay for a service that is not needed.

Actual was slightly lower than estimate. Not cheapest, but good value.

Aladdin sent George and Benny out to evaluate my ac vents and clothes dryer. I thought that after 10 years they might need cleaning. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and got to work right away taking pictures inside the vent ducts and dryer vent. They thoroughly assessed the vents and determined that the vents were in good condition. They advised that a cleaning was not needed, that my maintenance of the air filters was effective, and that I should recheck the vents in 4-5 years. They returned the vent grill and reattached the dryer leaving everything as they found it, wrote a through report, then charged me $0.00 for their time! I would definitely call these guys back and recommend them to all of my friends for their honesty and work.

I have 3 older dogs that like an area rug in my living room. While it is easy to have wall to wall carpet cleaned, it's harder to clean a rug on hardwood floors. I have used Aladdin Carpet Cleaner in the past and they have always done an outstanding job. This time was no exception. I loaded the rug in the car. They unloaded it and carried it into the building. They told me my rug wasn't too soiled and would require no special treatment so the cost was less than usual. They promised the rug back in a week and it was done on time. They loaded it back into my car and we were done. I know that the rug is clean. I highly recommend Aladdin.

Upon my arrival, provider's employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and promptly evaluated size and condition of carpet (in my presence) and provided both a verbal and written estimate. The same employee greeted me when I arrived to pick up the cleaned carpet. Without my asking, he retrieved the carpet for my review and insured I was pleased with their work prior to completing payment transaction. In all cases I was pleased with both their professionalism and quality of service and work done. Upon seeing the cleaned carpet, my wife was also very pleased as well.s

I have a shag type of area rug that I can't use my home carpet cleaner on because it's too thick. I chose this company after looking at several on angies list. They had no minimum charge. I brought the rug to their location and picked it up. The price was good compared to the other companies I called. The only problem I had was that the rug was kind of matted down in a couple areas when I brought it in and when I got it home, it was still slightly tamped down. I vacuumed it and it came back up. Also, I left it in the car for a day before bringing it into the house and it had a bit of a smell to it and the same thing when I opened it in the house. Overall though I'm pleased with the service and the price.

Our dryer vent was clogged - taking 30 hours to dry a load of light clothes. Aladdin came out right away and cleaned the vent. Now it's only taking 25 minutes!

After the torrential downpour that occurred this past May with 9 inches of rain, I had water intrusion and damages only 8 days after purchasing the home. I had mistakenly hired an untruthful contractor to come in (background checked through another screening service - not Angie's List) and claim that I had "black mold" and "white mold spores" throughout my insulation. Understandably, I was concerned and wanted to address the situation immediately. Once learning I needed to find a reputable mold remediation specialist and contractor and start this process over - and quickly because my home had been unnecessarily demoed, I did so and had them come out on Friday, June 14. Due to Texas laws, a mold remediation service cannot test for mold and offer mold remediation due to conflict of interest and this reputable contractor does both mold remediation and rebuilds so to expedite services, they referred me to John Spalten with Aladdin Environmental for mold testing services. John called me the next morning by 9 am and was at my house before 1 pm - on a Saturday! He thoroughly inspected the home and gave me tips and suggestions to help prevent mold throughout the house and not just the area that got water intrusion. Concerned about what I had seen on the insulation that had already been discarded, I showed him a picture and he allayed any fears that I might have explaining how mold grows, where it grows and what it looks like. (The insulation probably had bug nests on it!) His suggestions included cleaning sill plates that showed signs of wood rot (in addition to having a licensed contractor inspect them for structural damage), cleaning the studs and framing where there was animal excrement remains from possibly a long ago pest problem prior to me living here and what products to use. Seeing as there were no signs of active mold growth, he didn't feel a lift test would be advantageous in my case. The most he suggested were air quality tests if I wanted. I had him take air quality tests just because I had been experiencing respiratory symptoms associated with a mold allergy since moving here mid May. Those results were back by the following Wednesday morning! He called me and explained the report findings in terms I could understand, the significance and suggestions to address any possible issues not already stated. He also took the time to explain that my symptoms were most likely due to moving to a new area, the water intrusion and wet insulation and where the sunroom was exposed to the backyard from the demo. John felt that by addressing the construction issue, I would be addressing the air quality (that was still acceptable) in the sunroom. There was no need to spray the ductwork, home or start using expensive air scrubbers which had been suggested by other service providers who had mentioned doing so prior to stating their need based on mold lift tests and air quality test results. Too bad I hadn't been recommended to John first but I am thankful he was recommended and glad to have done business with him. I am going to have him come out again after construction is completed to validate an improvement in the sunroom air quality. In the mold testing and remediation business you need someone you can trust that isn't going to recommend unnecessary testing, treatments and possible demos and John Spalten with Aladdin Environmental is one of those people you can trust!

They were good. I would use them again and I've used them again.

Did not try to sell me something I didn't need, up front about everything, used shoe covers when asked so as not to soil light colored carpet. Very impressive, would recommend them as far as my experience goes.

We use Aladdin all the time to clean our Oriental Rugs but this was the first time we used them to clean upholstery, the cleaned a suede ottoman and rocking chair suede cushions from our nursery. As you can imagine, they were covered with baby spit up and well as milk spill, pet hair and general staining. I brought them in to the store and It took less than a week . They look brand new and were no protected from further spills. We brought in some ikea rugs to be cleaned and sealed as well, but the cost of the service exceeded the price of the rugs, so i cleaned them at home. I plan to buy replacement rugs and will take them to alladin to be sealed before bringing them home (its like $30.00 to seal them)

I was shocked at how expensive it finally ended up being. The carpet was reasonable but the tile was expensive like several thousand dollars. They did a good job. They showed up when they were scheduled and did good work. The price of tile was expensive. I told them to do carpet cleaning but then they said they also do tile, so I said okay. I know I got a good price on the carpets but I think and retrospect I would have had a more competitive bid on the tile, it probably would have been some else. I would use them next time but will get competitive bids next time.

Aladdin came out and did a great job cleaning our carpets. The two young men that came out wore shoe covers and had corner protectors so the hose would not rub against the corners. They were very nice and did a very thorough job. Will definetly use again!

George and his partner were both knowledgeable and professional and finished the job in the time they projected although I added a removal and cleaning of the ac blower cage. Expensive but I was very suspicious of the $89 whole house job coupons that come in the mail. If it sounds too good to be true....

The technicians arrived promptly on the date to pickup the rug. They moved furniture and rolled the carpet to prevent any creases. Were very polite and professional. The tile and grout professional came out on the date to clean the tile and grout with another technician. They explained exactly what they were going to do, answered all our questions and got down to business. All their water, cleaning solution, everything is self-contained in their unit. They used several different ways to clean the tile and grout. Chemicals, scrub machine, mops, and then rinse. By the time they were finished, the floor looked like new. The men were very professional and polite. When they were finished, the work place was spotless. They even had large blower to dry the floor before they left. They did a beautiful job. The oriental rug was delivered a couple of days later to ensure both the rug and the floor was completely dry. It looked like the day we bought it. The colors were vibrant again. The men moved furniture to get it in exactly the place we wanted it. They represented their company very well. This company is very reputable and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. They really did a good job on the rugs. They didn't pick them up or deliver so I took the rugs there and they rolled them up. They did them quickly, I think in about a week or two. It was excellent. I was very pleased. I think because I use Angie's List, I even got a discount. Plus, they gave me a discount on purchasing a new vacuum cleaner. What was disappointing was I called them to see what it would cost to have a couple of sofas if you don't bring it to them. They want you to take them there and one of the sofas, I really can't. It was outrageous what they wanted to clean the sofa. I didn't use them for that but I definitely would use them for carpet cleaning. All the guys that worked there were nice guys.

I was very pleased with the convenience and quality of the services they provided, and would definitely trust them again with my vintage oriental rugs.

(Approximate service date is a wild guess, but Angie insisted on one.) Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration were always helpful and professional. I went with a different contractor in 2012 for carpet cleaning due to a lower quote and recommendations from realtors. Would use Aladdin Cleaning & Restoration in the future and would recommend.

They did a good job. On time. Easy enough to deal with.

From the first call to schedule the appointment, they were extremely professional and responsive. They arrived on time, and there was plenty of communication, including a follow-up call to see how the service went. The guys that came out to perform the cleaning were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Provided estimate beforehand and offered alternatives without being pushy. They performed the work and were very thorough! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I got Aladdin's name from Angie's list and called to arrange a drop off time and confirm pricing. With the Angie's list 15% discount the price sounded fair so I took the carpet to the shop. The representative was very friendly ad carried the carpet inside for me and rolled it out to see if any special cleaning was necessary. They said it would take a week to finish and they called me on the 7th day to say it was ready for pick-up. I proceeded to the shop and found the carpet wrapped in brown paper and tied. My only criticism is that I would have liked it rolled out again to see the finished product, but when I got it home I was pleased with the work. I would recommend Aladdin for this kind of work without hesitation.
