Description of Work: We had all the air ducts and unit motor cleaned plus the living room upholstery cleaned. The service men arrived on time and work on the project for over five hours. This is not the most inexpensive company but the service was great. In this case you receive what you paid for.

Description of Work: Two technicians cleaned air 25 ducts and dismantled and cleaned two air exchangers. As a result of comparing the "before" and "after", they did an excellent job. The squirrel cages in the exchanges looked new when he finished cleaning them and aluminum tape was used to reseal both units. The entire job was completed on time (four hours) and there was very little cleanup required. When completed, I could see and smell the results immediately by breathing the clean air. Time will tell how really effective this job was.

Description of Work: An attractive young lady came to our house to make an estimate on cleaning 9 air ducts and 1 return. She said that their equipment/hoses took the dirt from the ducts to their truck, which was not quite true. 2 men brought a portable tank which collected 98 % of the dirt, and they vaccuumed up the rest. They cleaned 10 ducts and registers and 1 return and the blower, and applied a disinfectant. They were very thorough and professional. Their invoice, prepared in advance, stated 13 ducts and 2 returns. When this was pointed out to them, the men explained that the estimator was a new employee. They apologized and promptly had their office fax us the adjustment printout to our credit card charge.
