Description of Work: This was one of those experiences that make you a permanent customer of a service provider. I had a dog suddenly turn very ill and urinated in the master closet in an amount that was inexplicable. I called Aladdin and left my 911 message and the owner called me back to see when I'd be home so he could get a truck over. Set a time and they had a little extra so I had them clean the living room and stairs as well. Two hours after they left I was passing the living room and it was covered in muddy boot prints from my son who came in from riding his dirt bike. Another 911 (but now it was early evening) and again was immediately called back and they told me to leave it alone and then the next morning sent my same guys back to clean up the mud - and no charge! Wonderful experience!

 + 0 moreTom arrived on time and measured the room and asked what needed to be accomplished. We decided on the level of service and he started promptly. He was very personable. The stains came virtually completely out of the couch and most of the stains came out of the blue carpet. He did not charge us as much as he could have for the large sectional couch since most of the stains were centralized. We were pleased with the service.
Description of Work: The gentleman cleaned a 3-piece sectional couch with pet stains and the carpet in one room 17' X 18'.

 + -1 moreI called for an appointment on Monday and was set up for a Thursday appointment. Aladdin charges $30 per vent and return air duct...remember to ask for your 15% Angie's List discount. The service men...Chris and Josh...arrived right on time. They were courteous, neat and worked quickly. Protective plastic was laid down to protect carpets and furniture. An imperative in my house... open return air ducts were secured so cats wouldn't have access while they were uncovered. Before they left everything was back in place and carpets were vacuumed. Sixteen vents took about three hours.

 + -1 moreOverall I am pleased with the services performed and would use this company again and recommend them to others. The representatives thoroughly explained the services to me. They even took the time to show me why I needed a new flex hose for my dryer (mine had a hole in it) and how to install it myself. They also found a birds nest in our vent and cleaned it out. The only complaint I have is I wish they would have installed a wire/mesh screen to cover the outside vent to prevent birds from nesting again.
Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent using special equipment to suck and blow the lint and other debris out of vent.

THEY CAME OVER WITHIN THE HOUR AND STARTED TO SUCK UP ALL THE WATER THEY COULD. THEY USED BIG FANS TO LIFT THE CARPET TO DRY THE BOARDS UNDER THE CARPET. THEY USED SOME KIND OF DISINFECTANT FOR MOLD, AND THEY CAME BACK IN FOUR DAYS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK AND DRY.
Description of Work: THEY HAVE A 24 HOUR SERVICE SYSTEM. WE CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO HELP US WITH THE WATER IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. WATER WAS RUNNING FOR HOURS IN THE SINK. IT GOT ALL OVER THE CARPET AND THROUGH THE SECOND FLOOR IN THE PANTRY (ABOUT 2 INCHES OF WATER).
