Description of Work: They performed a standard maintenance service on the furnace. The technician was very helpful and took time to explain all the things he was doing. He did not try to stack on extras or push additional services as part of a routine maintenance.

Description of Work: THIS IS A FIRST RATE COMPANY FROM THE OWNER( CARLOS ) TO THE OFFICE STAFF TO THE TECH ( RICK ) WHO CAME OUT , EVEN THOUGH I LIVE BEYOND THE COMPANIES SERVICE AREA THE OWNER AGREED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT IT WAS LATE WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THE LADY ( ANITA ) HAD ALREADY LEFT FOR THE DAY BECAUSE IT WAS FRIDAY BUT SHE TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND SENT A TECH(RICK) OUT TO SEE WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS WITH MY A/C AS FAR AS IT NOT COOLING. RICK ARRIVED SOONER THAN EXPECTED AND INSPECTED MY UNIT DID A DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATION ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN DETAIL ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT THE COST WOULD BE AND WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE I HAD HIM DO THE WORK WHICH HE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION , IN TODAYS WORLD OF HIGH PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE AND SHODDY WORKMANSHIP IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO TREASURES THEIR PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION AND PUTS THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST , I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH MY A/C UNIT , BECAUSE MY UNIT IS AN OLDER ONE I KNOW THAT I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT IN THE FUTURE AND WHEN THAT TIME COMES I KNOW THIS IS THE COMPANY I WILL CALL. Description of Work: Spring check up and cleaned a clogged water pump. The previous company I was using to do check ups did not clean this water pump. Also was able to correct loose place where the filter when in and made a horn noise because of metal movement while the fan moved. Very professional and very informative.
