Overall the experience was wonderful and as stress free as possible when you have to spend $6600. A sidebar to the bid was that I received another bid from another company more than 48 hrs after he said he would get me the bid and the bid was the same except far less work and replacement was in the bid and ***the equipment was for a bottom of the line unit., not the Carrier 15 SEER which was installed at my home. I felt like in a matter of less than 48 hours I had found a friend who wanted me to be pleased with every aspect of his job. Cleanup and protection of the inside of the home and outside was perfect.

Crew arrived early, took great care, communicated well and followed up. A first class experience in all ways.

Requested an estimate for a furnace replacement on a home that we were considering buying. Carlos came out, arrived right on time and checked our AC compressor and the furnace. He was at the house for 10-15 minutes and said he would email us the quote. We had a written quote for replacement by the end of the day and his estimate was right in line with what the seller of the home had told us he had been quoted by another company. Once we had bought the home, we emailed Carlos on a Thursday asking for an appointment to replace the furnace. He scheduled us for 8am Monday morning and the 2 man crew arrived on time. They worked all day since they had to remove the old furnace and thermostat and then put in the new one. They put in a new plywood platform under the new unit and cleaned up as they worked. They were polite, quiet, and consistently worked hard. It was done in 1 day and Carlos came out the following day to check the work and give us the warranty information. A great experience overall, we will deinfitely hire them again and recommend them to our friends/family. Thank you!

Drain had already started draining but still not cleared before worker arrived. Charged $265.62 for this job, owner charged after hours fee after told by receptionist they wouldn't and he wouldn't honor coupon. I was home way before 4:00, they arrived late. Final charge was 235.62 after my complain, still too much to unclogged the drain pipe. I do not recommend this company.

Service tech arrived fairly prompt, spent time diagnosing and fixed the problem. then installed thermostat and verified correct function with manufacturing rep on phone.

We like this company and have used them now for a couple of years. We have just renewed our yearly contract (reflected in the approximate price, which includes our spring A/C tuneup). The technician, however, did find some irregularities with one of our units and said his supervisor would contact us, which hasn't occurred. It's still working, so maybe it wasn't that critical. Anyway, we would have liked a followup.
