Excellant! Carlos, Mark and Rick are the best in the business! They were able to diagnose and fix a terrible situation when my ancient condenser was leaking nonstop from a rusted out pan. They worked very efficiently with a go-getter attitude and replaced a furnace that was old as the hills and changed out a fan that was also very rusty on my rooftop ac. There were a myriad of jobs that needed to be done to make my home a safer and more comfortable living space. The company was kind enough to give me the financing to fix this without interest if paid on time. Anita always answers her phone with friendly voice and was very helpful to get the ball rolling. I am very impressed with everyone at Air Systems!

It was a great experience. I called first thing that morning and was informed they were booked that morning. They said it would be sometime after lunch. Got a call at 3:25 that he was on his way. Once there he found the problem right away and had the park available. He was back working within the hour.

I called up Air Systems and told them that I would like a bid on a new A/C system at my house. I promptly received a call back from Carlos the owner. We scheduled a time to come out to do a home survey. He was at my house right when he said he would be there on the following Monday with Dave to do the survey. Later that evening he provided me with a bid for the job and I accepted the offer. I had another bid done on the same day from another reputable Angieslist company. It was amazing how close the bids were to each other in price. The thing that really sold me on using Air Systems is that they offered a 10 year guarantee on both parts and labor. The other company only offered a 1 year guarantee on the labor. On the day of the install the work was suppose to begin at 7 am. At 6:45 am the Air Systems vans started showing up at my house. At 4:30 pm we had cool air in the house, just as promised. The entire installation went absolutely flawless from start to finish. They started off by disconnecting and hauling off the outside unit. Rick did a a fantastic job installing the new outside unit. The new outside unit is at least twice the size of the previous unit. He put down a new pad and replaced EVERYTHING electrical. Everything was professionally wrapped and tied just as I hoped it would be. No work was started on the inside until drop clothes were put down on the floor and the stairs. The old inside unit was ripped out and Ruben installed the new unit assisted by Marc who also helped out David up in the attic reroute some duct work. When everything was finished I was 100% satisfied. They cleaned up everything in the house and out in the yard. It has been so nice having a good A/C unit to come home to. My wife and I were so paranoid that the old unit was going to quit at the worst possible time. Now we have an outstanding unit that we don't have to worry about thanks to Carlos and his A/C professionals at Air Systems. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a professional installation on an A/C system.

Rick showed up early but didn't ring the doorbell unit his scheduled appointment. He came in, assessed the air conditioner and told us what was wrong. He made calls to get best price for the part and explained it all to me. He told me how much it would cost. He ordered the part, picked it up and returned and installed it. My air was on within minutes. Throughout the process the technician was engaged in conversation with me and my teenage son. He was very knowledgeable about the air system and gave us tips on how to maintain it. He provided excellent customer service. I felt comfortable with Rick in my home and will request him, by-name, in the future. Before we chose Air Systems, we got estimates from other companies. The others quoted $400 more than Air Systems and provided less than average customer service. Thank you, Air Systems, for your stellar customer service and great, honest work. I will be a lifelong customer.

Rick showed up right on time and was very polite. He troubleshot the unit and serviced it in about 45 minutes. He was honest about what we needed, what we didn't need, and when we might need A/C service again. I will definitely be calling these guys again when we need A/C or heating service.

David the A/C technician was on time. Called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and did a great job.

David arrived on time. He and his partner worked upstairs first then out back. Job was done in about 1.5 hrs.

Superb. Although I placed the call at 3:00 on a 104 degree day, Air Systems was at the house at 5:30, far exceeding my expectations. Ruben the tech was extremely courteous and professional and he determined the problem in mere minutes. He replaced a simple part and the unit was running as good as new. He also took the time to do a few tests to make sure freon levels were adequate and then saw dirty coils on the outside unit. He cleaned those too. I appreciated his thoroughness to do a great job even though it was late, it was hot, and he probably had other customers waiting. He billed me for a hour of labor and I got an hour of labor. Can't argue with that. And while the cost of the part was "high" compared to me getting it directly, he had it! I would have had to wait until the next day to get it locally of days if I ordered it online. I thought the parts pricing was very fair. All in all a great experience.

Everything went well from first contact to last. The cleaning was routine. When the AC went out, they managed to fit us in that day. All the repairs stayed within their quotes. We're pleased with everything.

My AC unit was not providing a full blast of air no matter what I set the thermostat on. I am menopausal and rely heavily on a system that works. I found AIR SYSTEMS A/C, HEATING AND REFRIGERATION on Angie's list and promptly called to get a price quote, thinking I would only need Freon. The receptionist was very friendly and assured me one of the technicians would contact me within the hour. I received a call back within fifteen minutes and set my appointment. The price for Freon per pound was reasonable. Rick arrived promptly and serviced my AC in less than an hour. I am now feeling the air throughout my house and it feels GREAT!!!!

I bought my home new and now, 15 years later, it was time to replace my two air conditioners. I took the advice of friends who said that you need to get two to three estimates prior to making a decision. I knew this was going to be a challenge because I travel out of town at least every other week for work. I researched Angie?s List and found my list to call. Carlos from Air Systems came over and provided an estimate that, honestly, came out at about the same as most of the others. So, why choose Air Systems? As I was going through the decision process, I was receiving calls daily (sometimes twice a day) from the other companies that, to me, was very annoying. Carlos gave me the space I needed to make my decision in my own timeframe and he and his company worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. Additionally, I wasn?t sure if I needed a 3 ton or 3.5 ton air conditioner and this company came out to the house to measure the house and conduct airflow tests free of charge to ensure I was purchasing the correct equipment for my size home. I was provided a variety of estimates to evaluate what was best to suite my circumstance. I ended up purchasing a XR15, 3.5-ton, 16 SEER and am so happy with my decision! The team who came out to install the air conditioners were polite, courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the product. I was amazed at how quiet they were during the installation. Prior to leaving, the team inspects the house to ensure that they leave the house as it was when they started the job. Carlos came by to do a final inspection and noted that due to the smaller size of the new thermostat, a bit of old paint was showing on the wall -(my painter had not lifted off the old thermostat and just painted around it.) Carlos asked for the paint formula and went out and bought a quart of paint and came over and painted this area for me. From beginning to end, I experienced the utmost professionalism from Air Systems and highly recommend them to anyone in need of replacing their air conditioner. Thank you Air Systems, Barbara

Service person seemed thorough, but the overall result was no result. They came in and started to say that the configuration of the duct work was affecting the cooling efficiency. They also indicated that the unit serving the upstairs might not be large enough. They never came back with quotes and never gave us the results of the analysis for the unit matching on the total sq. ft. of the area being served. A week later, the capacitor goes out on the outside unit. Other service company that came out diagnosed the need for the repair and installed a secondary provision to help with efficiency. They also made a minor adjustment to the air flows in the affected rooms and everything is working great now. Very disappointed on the lack of follow through as well as the ease with which high dollar fixes were explored in lieu of the small ones that directly affect my pocket book. Will not be calling again!

Technician dumped water all over employees desk, and the price is steep, but he did a good job. Kept me informed with everything he was doing, very respectful to the employees and explained what he did at the end of the job.
