AIR SYSTEMS A/C, HEATING AND REFRIGERATION

I really researched to find a great company. David was great. He answered all of our questions and we feel he did a really great job. We will be be using air systems again when we get ready to use the heat in the winter.

Tech was very professional. Wore face covering and shoe covering. Very knowledgeable with questions I had. He was very thorough with his work. I’ll have them back in the fall for another check up

Air systems installed my HVAC unit seven years ago and has been servicing it annually. They are always very professional and courteous every time they service my a/c unit.

Overall I have had good experiences with this company and will continue to use them. Today’s service call was not the caliber I usually receive from Air Systems. The tech was certainly courteous but did not review what he had performed or provide any feedback about my system. He was in and out pretty quickly. I don’t feel like I got the best check up this time around. We’ll see how it goes.

Air Systems installed a new system for me last month and did an exceptional job. Calls and emails were answered promptly. The system was competitively priced and Carlos didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. The team that did the install were very polite and professional.

We have purchased two tow HVAC system from Air Systems. Carlos and his team did a great job. We had several companies bid on job and Air Systems provided a competitive bid. We chose Air Systems because we have been happy with their service in the past. They arrive on time, do great work and are very conscious about leaving our house clean when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them for any AC/Heating work you may need.

It went wonderful! The company and their employees were very professional, courteous and respectable of our property. They were all very hard workers and completed the job in a very timely manner. They made a thorough assessment of what our entire system issues were, discussed multiple options with us, presented us with a fair proposal for the work, and completed the job as planned. They cleaned up daily and we could not have been happier with the work they did for us replacing all of our duct work, our furnace and our air conditioner. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any of this work done.

All work was done in a timely manner and very very clean considering it was not an idea day weather wise. Was extremely satisfied with the price and quality of the work done. Will highly recommend them to anyone.

• So far, we could not be happier with our choice of our new Trane Heat Pump and with choosing Air Systems to install the system. • Why we chose the Trane XV18 (3 Ton model). • Our house was built 34 years ago and we have been the owners for 10 years. The original two Trane heat pumps have run very well during our time but the larger unit began to leak Freon (R22) so it was time to consider a new system and given our experience with Trane reliability, the brand was high on our list. • It has been difficult to find unbiased measures on what system is best on the web. Everyone has their opinions. We relied on the Consumer Reports reviews and found that American Standard and Trane (now owned by the same company and built in the same factory) to be rated the highest. • We paid extra for the XV18 not only for the increased SEER efficiency but also the quiet operation and how the variable compressor and fan can precisely hold any temperature you set it to. • NOTE: This is not an inexpensive model. We do expect a reasonable return on our investment in electric bill savings but also feel that it will be a good selling point if/when we decide to sell the house. • Why we chose Air Systems to install our Trane System • I read that it is prudent to get at least 3 estimates. I ended up getting 5 (with Air Systems being the last): three estimates for companies that installed Trane Systems, one that installed American Standard and one who installed American Pride (A Goodman/Amana Company) • One of the first estimates was from Jon Wayne Service Company. Jon Wayne only installs American Pride Brand Heat Pumps. Goodman and Amana are rated pretty low in Consumer Reports but I received a “Half-Off” equipment in the mail so I thought I would at least get an estimate and if the savings was significant enough, I would consider using them. They seemed thorough in checking out the house and had a very polished sales pitch but in the end, to our surprise, even with the coupon their estimate ended up being by far the highest for a similar sized system that was rated one of the lowest rated in reliability. • Champion AC installs Trane systems and I noticed they had a remarkably similar sales approach to Jon Wayne (a visual tiered system that seemed to make upselling easy). The price estimate seemed high (ended up over $5,000 more than I paid to Air Systems). • Had two other estimates. The American Standard guy never even left the ladder to look at the existing system (located in the space above our second floor kitchen) and gave me an estimate that was crazy high. The last estimate was low in price but the estimator missed a few challenges that the others pointed out with the install (size of new system would not have fit in the footprint of the old system and would require it to be completely reconfigured with new ductwork). • I was starting to get extremely frustrated. I started to scrutinize the reviews more and really liked the honesty, responsiveness and quality of work reflected in the reviews for Air Systems. I sent a text to Air Systems and within a few minutes I received a call from Mr. Carlos Jimenez (I believe he is the Co-Owner of the company) and we scheduled a time for him to come out. Carlos came out to look at our old system and sent us estimates based on different SEER levels. The estimates were good and we felt that Mr. Jimenez showed us the pride of a business owner and not a salesman. • In conclusion, we could not have been happier which our choice of system and the installer. The workmen were friendly, hardworking and left the house cleaner than when they came. Big enough company to be able to handle the job efficiently (they had 4 trucks at times to our house during the 2 ½ day install) but small enough to have the company owner checking in a few hours every day to make sure things were being done right.

Service rep called when he was on the way to my house and arrived at scheduled time. He checked the heating system components, ran the system for 20 minutes to ensure everything functioned properly. I paid $136 which covers the work performed today as well as checking the A/C system next spring (2020).

David, the maintenance technician, performed exceptionally well on his visit to conduct the semi-annual maintenance check on our three HVAC systems. In addition to the normal cleaning and inspection of our HVAC systems and electronic air cleaners, David spent a considerable amount of time verifying and balancing the air flow of each of our systems to every room of the house without our even asking him. He mentioned that he was doing this because the air flow for heating can be different then what is needed for cooling. We were very pleased with the final result.

Today Alfredo came to our home to provide the Fall service on our 2 HVAC systems. When Alfredo arrived at our home he explained in detail what the Fall service included. After completing the service on our 2 units he asked permission to enter each room in our home so he could check to see if there was any carbon monoxide leak at the registers. This young man was extremely professional and thorough when performing the necessary service on the 2 units. We have been doing business with Air Systems for about 2 years and have always found the technicians who come to our home to be very professional and polite.

Carlos, Sylvia and their team are great! They offered the best price on two Trane systems for us, and were completely professional from start to finish. We will be using them for all upcoming check-ups and maintenance as well.

He worked vertical hard. Found out the problem and fixed it.

I called around 1:00 and they were here by 3. They quickly diagnosed my problem as a bad contactor with ants. I had a wood pile next to my unit the ants were coming from. As I am disabled David offered to move the wood pile away from the unit and sprayed poison around it. He also cleaned all the leaves around the unit. When they accessed the attic they put a tarp down under the door before they opened it. He was very professional and helpful. $250 to replace a contactor with the Angies List coupon seems a little high as to what I read as a average cost but they did a great job.

Air Systems service was very professional. The work they completed was exceptional.

Service representatives were prompt, professional and careful with their installation. They were helpful and answered all of our questions. They also helped relocate the old concrete air compressor slab. We highly recommend them to anyone with heating/air conditioning needs.
