The gentleman David, gave the estimate and then did most of the work. He was extremely thorough and even identified issues that were previously overlooked by another major company. He explained everything completely, worked diligently with another man in out Texas heat. They did a superb job.

Very good experience. David was very knowledgeable and helpful, punctual, and professional. All staff were very polite and professional.

Ruben arrived on time and immediately went to work. He explained exactly what the problem was and got our A/C functioning quickly.

I received several quotes from major A/C companies on comparable systems. They were all more expensive. Some wanted to add-on replacing the entire duct system or adding insulation. I didn't need additional insulation and only a replacement of the air filter holder. It wasn't worth the extra grand or two they asking. I am sure my endless questions submitted through multiple email and texts were challenging. Carlos was extremely fast with reply's to questions I had. The only problem I had was the workers accidentally knocked over my garage beer fridge. It was located underneath the attic stairs and the stairs leaned up against it. When they carried up the AC attic unit it knocked the fridge over up against the wall. No damage done! The refrigerator was easily up-righted and beer/soda easily re-situated. My wife and daughter were there with the workers. They told me the workers were polite and nice. The system I bought had a higher seer rating than the contractor grade one they were replacing. It has been a month since the unit has been installed and I have noticed a significant savings. I anticipate an ROI of less than 10 years. The outdoor component of the AC is twice as big as the one it replaced because of the increased SEER rating, but it's shiny and new, and looks so much better than the rusty old one. The original indoor airfilter grate was warped and needed to be replaced. Carlos did it the next day. A/C replacements are expensive, Carlos gave me several payment options. He informed me of a CPS rebate. It required he fill out paperwork for CPS after the job was done. He came through. I got my rebate and warranty. Overall, I would recommend this company. I fully intend to recommend Carlos and his company to my friends and neighbors. Carlos has integrity, and was honest. He provided an excellent price on a name brand system, and a superior customer service experience.

A/C stopped cooling - in AUGUST! It was about 8pm when we realized it was out and it was getting very hot in our home. Called emergency line to Air Systems. Although we did not get a response to our message that night (almost went with a competitor who did call us back that night), Carlos called first thing the next morning. My family and I were on very tight time constraints with school starting, me traveling, etc. He worked it out with me so he had his technician Rick at our house in a very specific time frame. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within one hour. Great service and professionalism. They only get a 'B' on price because I did not get a chance to shop around and compare. Thanks Carlos and Rick!

We called early in the morning and left a message with the answering service because our AC went out over night. Within 20 minutes, Carlos called us back to let us know that he would send a technician out as soon as possible but that it would probably be in the afternoon due to the work load. The technician called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and had us cooling down within an hour. He was also very helpful in giving us tips to keep the unit running at its best. We are completely satisfied and pleased with the service.

I have been procrastinating on writing this review. My office is upstairs and was cooled by the main HVAC unit that had the thermostat down stairs. At any given time, the temperture was 10-15 degrees warmer upstairs, and stale. I read about 'zoning' the AC unit on the internet and called Mr. Jimenez to explain what I needed. He came to the house, made copies of the house plans, measured EVERYTHING and told me he'd Email the results. A few days later I received his Email with attachments. The attachments reminded me of the final semester exam in calculus. I agreed to the proposal and a couple of weeks later (it took that long for the special equipment to arrive) the work began. The three technicians, Rick, Mark, and David arrived and began the work. I need to add, at this point, a lot of AC folks shy away from zoning as it is a lot more complex than a normal AC swap out. To shorten this story, the unit works perfect; I keep the upstairs unit on 78 degrees and it is more than comfortable. It also means that I now have 350 square feet of usable space. Now, for the extras...my wife and I have visited many of the annual Parade of Homes. One of the common things I see is the outside AC compressor is at an angle to the house. If one has OCD, things that are not level will drive them nuts. I always comment when I see this that one would expect if they were purchasing a higher end home, that the Bozos installing the compressors would at least get them level. On the first day, Rick was digging in the dirt to ensure the pad was level...without any prompting from me. The clean up was as good as if I had done it myself. All of the installation is to the point that I want to include it when I show someone the house. If Air Systems doesn't please you, then you can't be pleased.

I have used Air Systems in the past and I am convinced that they are the best I have ever used. The main 5 ton HVAC coil was producing water into the emergency drain. It was an older system and I decided to replace the the entire unit with a Trane 16 SEER. There is not much to say when everything goes well, or maybe better than well. Mark and Rick were back and did their usual outstanding work. I told Mr. Jimenez that if I were younger, I would consider going into the HVAC business and hire Rick and Mark...I do not see how anyone could improve on their service. I found Air Systems using Angie's list. I had not heard of them before I did a search last year. If every contractor was as good as Air Systems, there would be no need for the BBB. Just great work; it's hard to add anything to that statement.

I noticed late Saturday night that the AC unit was not cooling the house. On Sunday morning I went out and saw the fan on the compressor was not turning. I was able to get it to start, but knew I needed to have hit serviced. I called their number and Carlos called me back in about 5 minutes. I explained the issue to him, he said that he could have a technician out that day to repair it, he cautioned me that there are various fan motors and if it was the motor and not the capacitor, they may not have it on hand and it would be an additional cost to get the part from the manufacture's shop on Sunday if it came to that. He was totally upfront on the potential costs which I appreciated. The technician showed up on-time. Assessed the issue, found it was only the starter capacitor that had failed. He replaced the capacitor, cleaned the unit and inspected both the external and internal parts of the system to be sure there were not any additional issues. He gave us best practices for ensuring proper operation on the AC unit. A total professional and great value for the service. I will be using them in the future for all my cooling and heating needs.

The company fit us into its busy schedule the same day we called. The repair person (David) was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. He discussed what he found and what he did to repair it.

They're very good and excellent. They're always have been reasonable and they do very good work. I would use them again in the future.

As always with Air Systems, their technician, Rick, was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. It is a tough crawl under our house and he always heads down with a smile. Not only did he fix the problem he came for, but also noticed a small leak in the plumbing down there. He took a photo and let me know. To me, that speaks volumes that Rick is not only an honest and hard worker, but one who really is looking out for the customer. Thank you Rick! Plus, the office is always wonderful, and the owner, Carlos, also checks in to make sure everything is well.

Our AC went out on Friday night and we called Air Systems because of their Angie's List ratings. They showed on time Saturday morning and even called to say they were on their way. In less than an hour our house was cooling down. The tech fixed the problem and also gave us a few pointers on how to extend the life of our system. The tech was knowledgable and courteous and we thought the charges were fair for all the work he did. IF we ever have AC problems again, we will call Air Systems!!

I would not use them again. I am not sure if they are just trying to get started, or what, but they couldn't fix the problem. They came out 2 or 3 times, and then every time they had to charge something different. I ended up going with another company, and they were done in the first time. I wouldn't recommend them either. I got a new unit after that.Every time they came out, the cost was different, one time it was $500, and the next time was $250, and by the time they were done, I had paid $2000, and the long and short was that I needed a new system, and they couldn't repair the old one.

I didn't have any problems with them. They did whatever they could, and then the air worked for a while, and then it went out in a blink again, but I ended up having to replace the entire system. I had someone else do that. I didn't ask them to, because we had been having trouble with the air for a while, and they were just one of the companies that we had asked to come out and look at it. Overall they were good, we didn't have any problems with them. They did what they said they were going to do, and took off. I wasn't dissatisfied.

They were okay. They didn't try to sell a bunch of stuff. Good. They did fine. They were honest and did a good job.

They did a good job. They worked quick and efficient and got it done. They were extremely polite and showed all courtesy and explained everything. It was not like you know go to the doctor sometimes and they explain some things and you sit there like you are a complete idiot because you do not know what they are taking about. They were very efficient. Their responsiveness was excellent.

They charged me $300 for a $27 dollar part. They did their job done. I would not use them again in the future.

Very impressed with this company and the technician they sent out. He was very thorough, very courteous an on time. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
