I used Air systems for my upstairs duct system replacement for leaking last year. They did a terrific job. So when I ran into trouble with my Home warranty of America when they balked at repairing my ailing system I called them again. Rick came out within a day or 2 and checked everything. They laid out options for me of repairing or replacing the whole system. It was a 20 years old system so I decided to replace it. The rest is just like all the other glowing reviews. There is zero hassle or headaches from start to finish. The clean up was a breeze. They replaced the intake vent for better airflow. From diagnostic to replacement it was done in 10 days. The actual main job just needed one day. I can not say anything bad about this company. Price is right and service is just perfect. Hope they continue this trend and expand the company.

The scheduler was very easy to work with and the technician arrived at the scheduled time. He was very thorough and checked both AC units inside and out. I would definitely hire them again!

Th service tech arrived on time and was very professional and explained what the inspection and services to be performed that were included. He then got right to work and performed all of the checks and adjustments needed. Once he had completed everything, he walked my through his findings and recommendations. I recently needed to replace the upstairs AC unit and reached out to four different companies to get proposals. All of the companies I contacted were on Angie?s List. I received good responses from all four companies but ultimately decided to go with Air Systems for the following reasons. - They didn?t just have an A rating overall, they had long history of A after A with glowing reviews. They also had a lot of recent reviews. - Carlos from Air Systems spent time with me upfront, making sure he understood what I was looking for, any issues I was having as well as my existing setup and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with their approach and ability to do the work. - Air Systems provided a couple of options that were clearly laid out as was the associated pricing. I needed to finance the new system and Air Systems was the only one that was able to provide a cost effective option. The base pricing was similar to the other proposals I received for a comparable solution but when you factor in the financing costs they were nearly 15% less expensive. Air Systems completed the installation about two weeks ago and I couldn?t be happier. The team arrived on time and they were every bit as professional as Carlos. The Air Systems team handled the CPS rebates, took care of the inspection, walked me through the new system, provided all of the manuals and even registered the system with the manufacturer. This is a very well run company that obviously takes pride in their service. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when I replace my downstairs unit.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Air Systems. Rick and Mark worked all day in our little attic to replace our old system. They had great attitudes, were respectful and kind. Our wood floors and carpeted stairs were draped with drop clothes to protect them. They guys worked all day and at the end Rick even helped us with our other thermostat at no additional charge. We love our new system and would highly recommend this company. They follow through on everything that they say they are going to do. We had the Trane pure air filter system added to reduce the allergens in our home and it needed more air flow than our current vent allowed. Carlos replaced our vent grate and enlarged the duct to get the proper air flow for free. It was another half day of work that they did not know about, but didn't charge us for. It is refreshing to find a quality company that does the right thing for their customers.

I found this company on Angie's List - the first place I now check when I need work done. There was also a coupon from the company on Angie's List which eliminated the diagnostic fee as a new customer, saving me $65. This was a totally good experience and I will be using Air Systems again.

Very impressed with Air Systems! After researching several Angie's List recommended providers with quotes, I selected Air Systems because I felt I could trust them from the beginning when Ruben, who came out to diagnose what was needed, no doubt knew his stuff, loved his job, and really enjoyed working for Air Systems. When work started, Carlos came out and reviewed the job to be done with his team. The team (Rick and another who were very friendly and professional) kept me updated throughout the day with what they were doing, including extras efforts to make sure the setup would be better than when first installed. As one generally skeptical of service work done, I am "totally delighted" with the experience, job done, and the professionalism of everyone in the company. Other highly rated providers I checked out from the Angie's List seemed good too, but I would highly recommend anyone to at least checkout Air Systems. I'm confident, based on my experience, you couldn't go wrong having them perform any work for you.

I was very pleased with them. They came when they were supposed to. They did what they said they would do and they fixed that vent up there. We knew it was hot in here but we didn't know it wasn't connected. I also told him to give me a call in six months and he could do my furnace. The price is pretty standard. I checked around and maybe they're a little lower than everybody else but they're all about that much. They're competitive with everybody else. I was pretty happy with them.

I have been researching to replace one of my A/C heat pump units. I was still looking for the right company that matched the quality and professionalism I desired. I found Air Systems on Angie's list and read the reviews. They sounded great, so I called them out for a quote. Carlos Jimenez came out and I was very impressed. He patiently worked with me on the various types of quotes I wanted. Carlos made sure I was getting the product I wanted and needed. He could have easily sold me the more expensive 4 ton unit, but demonstrated through the load calculation sheet, that I would get the results I wanted with a 3.5 ton unit. Once I decided on the scope of work - Carlos and his team ( David, Rick, Mark ) all did a great job. They worked with quality and care for my home. The technician who came out was very nice and professional. They were able to come out to our house faster than I anticipated they would be able to. The technician was able to determine the problem very quickly and got us back up and running very fast. After he completed the needed repairs he went beyond the needed repair and also checked out the rest of our system and did a routine maintenance so we'd be good for the summer. This is the third time we've used this company. The second time I used this company a technician explained to me what to do over the phone and they didn't need to come out. This saved us time and money. I hadn't been cleaning out the drainage pipe that drains the water that accumulates in the system. By telling me to put bleach or vinegar in the drainage pipe to clean out any build up, we were able to save money by having them come out and clean the line out themselves. I would highly recommend this company. Each time we've used them they have taken care of us quickly. I will continue to trust this company with my families heating and a/c needs.

We went to Air Systems for a second opinion on our broken air conditioner. They had great customer service, had the best quote, and could schedule the repair quickly so we chose them. Our A/C is working like a charm. Very happy with the service.

Carlos Jimenez, the business owner, assessed existing 33 year-old A/C and heating system at our home. He assessed return air capacity, house dimensions, enclosure space, pad size, compliance with existing building codes, etc. Provided a competitive bid for Trane products. We had planned to buy Trane's mid-range products. With Air Systems pricing, coupled with generous utility rebates due to Trane efficiency, we found we could afford Trane's top-of-the-line XV20i, 5 ton A/C and furnace (highest efficiency, least noise), and could also include Tran's whole home electronic air filter system. Air Systems team arrived on time. Removed and hauled off old equipment including old electrical components supplying that equipment. Delivered all new equipment required for completion. Checked existing return air, plenum, and duct work. Found no leaks but felt that additional insulation in return air and the replacement of the plenum would make the best possible install for the new equipment. Purchased and installed additional insulation board at no additional cost to us. Performed services to bring our home up to the city codes. Team of 4 completed the project in 11 hours. Carlos, was onsite for much of the day - supervising, inspecting, coordinating, communicating. Air Systems filed all paperwork necessary for city's Permitting and Building Inspection processes. Air Systems filed all paperwork necessary for us to receive utility company rebates of almost $1,200. Air Systems coordinated the Inspection process between the city and us. Almost one week later and our A/C and filtration systems are working great! We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Trane and Air Systems. Highly recommended!

Air Systems installed a new Trane a/c unit in May of last year. At the time I knew I had better airflow upstairs than downstairs, but decided to give it some time, just in case the new unit made that difference. It's a much more efficient and quieter unit, ( I would not buy anything but Trane, it's the best by far, and folks at Air Systems handled everything so perfectly with regards to the install), but I digressed. The point of this visit was to rebalance the airflow. I had much colder temps downstairs than up. Approx 8 degrees colder downstairs. You could really tell the difference when you came down the stairs. I contacted The folks at Air Systems again, because I already had discussed this previously with Carlos and I really liked their work. He remembered what needed to be done, sent 2 absolutely professional guys out in David and Mark, and fixed my problem. David was there first, and let me know exactly what was to be done. They measured airflow in each room, each register and then rebalanced it from up to downstairs. They always clean up after themselves and are very professional and polite. They are an absolute asset to Air Systems. My kudos to all the folks with the company, but a special thanks to David and Mark. Great job guys, thank you very much.

It may have been more complex than they anticipated, but the technicians stayed late to be sure that I had heat before they left the first day and came back the next day to complete all the work.

In December of 2014, I had several Heating and A/C companies give an estimate for a complete replacement of my heating and a/c unit, indoor and outdoor. Most of the companies were over priced and trying to sell me equipment and services I did not want. In January, I became a member of Angie's list and research Air Systems. Carlos Jimenez from Air Systems came to my residence and completed gathering the information he needed for an estimate. Mr. Jimenez was very professional and had all of his tools with him. He explained the products to me and the different options. Most importantly, he explained the mechanical differences of the product. Out of the estimates I received, I chose Air Systems for several reasons. Mr. Jimenez's promptness for making the appointment and delivery of the estimate. Secondly, He took the time to quote numerous options of the product and mechanical compatibility (single stage v.s two stage compressor). The day of the install Mr. Jimenez, Rick and the other technicians arrived on time. Rick and the technicians were very courteous and professional. The install lasted a day and a half. At the end of the first day the Heating and A/C was operating. The next day the technicians arrived on time and finalized the install and double check everything. With in a week of the install, I noticed a slight annoying rattling sound coming from the interior unit. Air Systems had contacted me to make sure I was satisfied with equipment and install. I mentioned the annoying sound with in that day a technicians came to my residence and quickly located the issue and resolved it with a simple fix. In the mean time Mrs. De Luna from Air Systems had applied for my cps credit and registered my equipment for the warranty. I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my new Heating and A/C unit.
