The technician arrive w/in 45 minutes of the call. Some wiring in the attic had been unplugges. My husband and the tech talked at length and the problem was fixed. Super service! Found your company on Angie's List - has an A rating. Will refer others.

Excellent overall. David provided an estimate in late June for the work to be done. Work had to be re-scheduled a couple of times to accommodate other jobs (hence markdown), but when performed, it was excellent. Before and after airflow and temp readings proved effect of their efforts. I'll continue to use and recommend air systems for my HVAC needs.

System went out at 8 am. Called at 1 pm. Was to set seen same day between 4 & 6 pm. Amazing! Was outstanding! Extremely thorough explained every step and gave honest suggestions. Great company. Great experience. Great guy!

David arrived on time and took the time to explained what he would be doing. Although there was nothing wrong with the duct work he showed me other things that I needed to have checked by my home maintenance policy with another company.

I originally contacted this company to service my 5 ton and 2 ton unit since units did not appear to be cooling my home. The technician evaluated my units finding the coils had badly rusted, blower assembly really dirty and low on R22. (Fort the Record ? it pays to have your systems services ? I had not done this in the past two years other than minor maintenance I did). The technician was very knowledgeable explaining the problem I had, showing me pictures and explaining the problems I may have. I ask for a quote and he said he would have the office get one out to me. We agreed to the quote and two technicians were scheduled to come out. They repaired my two units. Later checking the units, we noticed water in the pan, I contacted their office at 10:15 pm and received a call back within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me so they left a message. I also noted they followed up the call with a text message that they would contact me again in the AM. They contacted me and sent a technician right away. The technician open the unit up and discovered a faulty part. The technician obtained the part correcting the issue. The next day my unit quit working, no fault of theirs, a fuse had blown. The technician came right out evaluated/fixed the problem. These guys are true professionals and they stand behind their work 100 percent. I also noticed the company has very good communication between the technicians and management ? I do not mean one-way communication, it is two-way communication ? they work as a TEAM. I was also impressed with their documentation, it is very explicit in the description of work performed. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs home air conditioning service. This is a remarkable TEAM and I will continue to use them to service my heating and air conditioning. They take a lot of pride in their service..

Fantastic service from this company. All their technicians were polite and helpful. They did the work in one day, made very little mess, cleaned up what mess they did make, and had beautiful cool air by the time evening came around. It has been 6 months since they performed the work (I really should have put this review up earlier) and the AC system is working great and saving me a bunch of money every month. I've had no problem with the system, and will definitely use this company for my twice yearly tuneups, because I know I can trust them to do a great job. Their price was great, I actually got a better system from Air Systems A/C for what I would have paid for a lower SEER system from another company. I will continue to highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC work.

The serviceman was punctual and very professional. Exceeded my expectations.

Why would I use them again -- integrity, service, communication with the customer (me) and professionalism. We had to have two service calls (1st person missed a failing part) to rectify the problem -- the second call fixed the issue and the company charged no labor or other charges since the 1st technician missed the failing part. Only had to pay for the part and the responsiveness of the company to send a technician by the 2nd time was impressive. In today's climate having the technicians and company stand behind their service, and rectifying their oversight was good to see. Both technicians were very professional and thorough -- 1st did the maintenance check-up and fixed a few minor things; 2nd technician found a very challenging issue only costing us $35 rather than replacing a compressor ($10K). Will use this company for all further needs. In addition the office staff was quick to respons --asked for their services via Angie's List Message capability -- and company called me 1st thing in the morning.

Long day working on ac, but it was worth it. Would recommend this company.

The a/c quit cooling yesterday evening on our rent house. Rick was able to come out within a couple of hrs. By the time we rmet Rick at the house, the house was cool and a/c was working fine. But we had him do a general checkup anyway, since the unit had not been checked all summer. Even though intermittent problems are hard to diagnose, he was very thorough with his check-up, even washing the compressor with a hose and replacing some insulation around a line coming from the compressor that our dog had damaged. He said everything checked out well and reviewed some maintenance measures to help the unit last longer, like periodically rinsing the compressor with a hose and being sure to change the filters inside. We were impressed with everything about Rick and plan to use Air Systems the next time we need an a/c or heater repair.

We had a 20+ year old A/C unit go out Monday, August 24th. Air Systems, although very busy, sent a technician out while maintaining constant communication with us. Carlos Jimenez came out Tuesday and worked with us to not only replace the unit but relocate an existing unit. I appreciate Rick, Mark, and David's work on the installation they took special care outside and inside our house working around dogs and napping baby. It is never fun spending money on an A/C Unit, but the professionalism and patience Air Systems as whole showed our family, was priceless. Thanks guys for your hard work and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Carlos came out to my house on a Saturday to take a look at give me an estimate. He was the first HVAC contractor to mention and offer to do a Manual J load calculation as I mentioned the 2 ton unit I had could not keep up with the cooling. Other companies just gave me quotes to replace my existing system with something similar even when I mentioned I thought I was undersized. This attention to wanting to get me the right equipment made me want to select them for the work along with the price. Carlos provided a quote for multiple units and different sizes and seer ratings and once the calculations came back provided me updated quotes. He answered all my questions I had throughout and was very responsive. On install day Rick and Mark arrived at my house and immediately began removal of my old system. Since I was getting an entire new system and I was going from 2 tons to 3.5 tons it was going to be a big job. Both Rick and Mark were very professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. The quality of their work was top notch and I was very impressed with how clean they kept the work site when they were done. It was a big job that couldn't be finished in one day but they made sure that I was able to use the AC before they left. Rick came back the next day to finish the furnace connections and a few other odds and ends. Over all I was very impressed. I did have one issue with the new thermostat having a white line through the screen. A manufacturing defect and Carlos was quick to replace it. I would certainly recommend Air Systems to anyone looking to get a new system installed. I will be using them in the future for yearly system checkups and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a new system.

opportunity, when you don't do the $10,000 dollar service, they try to bid the project so high that it's beyond ridiculous. Duct repair for a 4in x 4in portion of ductwork was more than $750 because tey didn't want to take the small job, his excuse was the owner and him would have to buy duct board (a whole $6). The company is a complete sham!

Technician arrived and was polite. Repaired a burned out contactor. Worked for about a week and then it stopped working again. Called technician back out and he said the whole unit should probably be replaced. Got quotes for a new unit. Tried to charge me a service call again, but told him that the original problem was not fixed and shouldn't have to pay for the service call. Still awaiting word from manager if this fee will be waived.

I awoke on a Saturday morning to a water bubble in my second floor ceiling. The drains were clogged for my AC units in the attic. The pan had overflowed. I called Air Systems for an emergency service. They sent Rick. Rick is a saint. Cleaned it up, flushed it out in a 140 degree attic. He's a trooper. The service was fantastic. (Note to Air Service... this guy makes an awesome first impression) That's the way Angies List works, right? They have an A rating, 5 straight super service awards... of course I'm going to call them. Plus, my AC guy (who I've used for 15 years and will continue to use) was out of town. The bubble had us freaked out. But Rick took care of it. So I look on the Big Deals and notice Air Systems has a $59 special. I think, great, let's grab it. So Friday, the service rep shows up at my house. Within 15 minutes, I'm told I need a new capacitor. Figure it's an older system, OK. Install it. How much? 96 for the part and 139 in labor. Being an idiot when it comes to HVAC, I say ok. And I watch him install the new part in less than 5 minutes. Then I'm told I'm low in Freon on both. That's a 75 dollar labor fee for each install. I tell him I'll wait. With two units, I'm already on the hook for 360 for a "tune-up". So we go up to the attic to check on the handlers. There's already water in the pan (6 days after service with Rick). So he opens up the panel, shows me rusted coils and tells me I need new evaporator coils. He said because I'm low on freon, it's causing the system to freeze, a lot of condensation falling into the drip pan and the freon is leaking out. Opens up the second handler and shows me less rust, but informs me I need two new evaporator coils. Google it and I realize he's talking 2200-3000 dollars. I inform him I'll call the warranty company. So he bolts everything back up. Out the door, the bill is 301 (add the 59 I already paid to Angies List and i. Two visits from System Air and I have a new capacitor and unclogged drain lines for 620dollars. My wife calls the warranty company. They send a technician out Friday afternoon. We're bugging out because we're really not ready to shell out north of 2K for new coils. The technician informs me that rusty coils are normal. The aluminum coils look great. He fixes the drain pan so it will drain properly and leaves. This is the same AC company that would accomplish the warranty repair.

I was happy to have the cooling working again. It is very important to have your AC inspected at least annually so loose wiring can be found before it causes expensive repairs such as this.
