Dave, the HVAC tech, showed on time and methodically worked. He was very thorough.

David was through and did a great job of explaining the issue to us. He made sure to check multiple things before coming to a conclusion on the issue. We are satisfied.

My 19-year-old system was breaking down. Carlos came out to my house and checked out the old system; asked me questions about my heating needs and preferences and we agreed on the new system I wanted installed. He sent me a contract the same day. I accepted and arranged for installation. The work took a day and a half. The service technicians were on time each day; they explained to me what they were going to do and answered all my questions in a way that I understood what they were telling me. They covered the floors and were very respectful of my home as they made multiple trips up and down stairs and through my house to haul out the old system and bring in the new system. They were able to navigate all the equipment through a fairly small opening in the closet ceiling leading to the attic. There were no marks made on any walls or anywhere throughout my house. The system is quiet and working very well. I recently had the attic inspected to see how well insulated it is and the inspector commented on how well the new air handler had been installed. I am very satisfied.

Great. They showed me some problems with the duct work. There were runs not attached which is why the rooms weren't cooling. They also identified other problems.

They arrived the next morning early after I called for a quote, and installed the new heat pump that day. Very prompt service and excellent attention to detail. The installation was superb! They did a follow-up visit the day after installation to make sure the unit was functioning properly, that clean-up was done well, and that we understood the system operating instructions. We will use this company for regular maintenance, too!

It went very well. Carlos was extremely professional and attentive before, during, and after the installation of the system. He patiently answered all of my questions and allayed my concerns regarding all phases of the process. He also informed me of the warranty and CPS rebate requirements and assisted in completing the required paperwork. Rick and the other installers arrived on time and did an outstanding job in installing and troubleshooting the system.

Carlos Jimenez of Air Systems was prompt for the first meeting to get a quote. He had all of the information and seemed knowledgable about his product. We were impressed that of 4 companies who submitted quotes, Mr Jimenez was the only salesperson who suggested giving us a quote for fixing the old system as well a quote for a variety of new systems. The final price was exactly as quoted and installation time was right on the mark. The three individuals from Air Systems who installed the new system were great---knowledgable, efficient, and friendly (I ask a lot of questions and they were willing to answer all of them). They put down runners wherever they worked so there was no mess in/thru the house as they took out the old units and moved in the new ones. The job was much less hassle than I had feared it would be. Given the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated thus far by all company employees ---office personnel, sales representative, and installation crew---I anticipate they will provide the same quality while doing regular maintenance in the future. The system has been in for only a month, but I am very happy with it thus far and would definitely recommend this company.

Mr. David arrived on time, was very professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. He, also explained step by step of what was being done. And, made future recommendations without sounding like he was trying to sell me anything. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you, Mr. David.

Excellent job! These guys are real pros! Im in the restaurant business and have multiple locations. Our buildings are serviced by many different trades... HVAC, Electricians, Glass, Tile, Painters, IT you name it . In all my years of dealing with tradesmen, these are the most professional I've delt with. They take PRIDE in what they do and it shows. They were punctual, clean, knowledgeable, and worked well as a team. Pros....! I highly recommend them!!!

I called the morning of the day I was hoping they'd be able to come out and inspect my two heat pumps and they'd had a cancellation and fit me right in for the afternoon. The technician was on time and went right to work. He worked methodically cleaning and inspecting both of our units and putting them thru their paces. He found a faulty capacitor (voltage reading below spec) and replaced it after getting my authorization. I hadn't had these units inspected in years and although they functioned prior to inspection, I have peace of mind knowing their safety controls are all in place and functioning correctly. I find a lot of value in this company's service!

The Technician, Ruben, was right on time. He methodically checked the system and found that the problem was caused by a clogged vacuum line. After clearing the line the system worked normally. The technician checked and cleaned other areas of the system--something I had not seen other techs do in past semi-annual checks of the AC and furnace. The procedure took about an hour. The price was fair and we were impressed with this Tech and the company.

The first technician came on Saturday to fix the thermostat. Although things seem to be fine, we noticed that the heat was not working. We called back on Sunday a technician came over to make the necessary repairs. Everything has been working perfectly. We also later found out that the VP of the company was actually the person who came down on Sunday to make sure things were perfect!!!

The process from start to finish was great. Initially I spoke to the owner, set up an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time, went over the details of a house inspection results that needed attention. He was professional in his review of what needed to be done. A time was scheduled to complete the repairs. All items were handled as agreed. I will use this company again when I have HVACR sevices needed in the future. I recommend them highly.

The check went well; the technician was able to explain why our second floor was so hot even though the large air conditioning units ran 12 hrs/day. However, we never received the quote for the work to implement the fix, despite follow-up. We ultimately called another company, who seconded the technical assessment of the Air Systems technician but was also responsive to actually performing the work.

In mid-October 2015, we met with Carlos Jimenez the Vice President/General Manager of Air Systems to discuss options to repair or replace our existing home AC heating unit. Upon meeting Carlos, he was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Within a day after the first meeting, Carlos submitted a Proposal that outlined multiple options for repair or replacement. Each option in the Proposal was thorough and was explained in detail very well. Air Systems' costs were much better than competitors' prices. Once we made the decision to hire Air Systems, they visited our home job site the day before the installation to do a site survey to make sure they had all the materials needed for the project. They were very thorough - job done right from the start! The workers left the work area in the attic cleaner than it was. We decided to go with the most energy efficient Trane unit to cut energy consumption as well as reduce noise. The heating venting ac unit has proved to be one of the best investments we've made for our 10-year old home. The only time we know that the unit is running is when the house gets cooler or warmer. Silent operation both inside and outside. The thermostat is simple to use and is informative. It shows the outdoor temps, indoor humidity, when to replace the filters, etc. Carlos was honest, fair, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and not pushy. Valuable assets and a rare combination for contractors in this area. We will be using Air Systems in the future for all our HVAC needs.

He did get the heater running but safe it was not safe to use bc of carbon monoxide and told me the only thing that could be done was replace it. He said the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking high levels of carbon monoxide. He had difficulty answering questions and explaining to me how he could know that without opening it up and looking at the heat exchanger. He did not provide me with any numbers on the parts per million of the carbon monoxide he was picking up nor did he include that on the form he left me. I did not get any feedback on the condition of the ducts only that they would rebalance the dampers when i replace the system. The meter he was using just made beeping noises and he took me to the vent to show me it was going off as well as at the unit. He shut off the gas before he left and said not to use the heater. The next day i called another service from your list for a second opinion. They came and heater was turned on. Opened up the unit. No cracks at all on heat exchanger. Zero parts per million when checking several vents throughout the house. Air Systems tech lied to me to sell me a new system and since i didnt get an honest service call nor a thorough duct inspection i feel they should refund me my money. Every rating is an F when you are dealing with dishonesty.

The service technician, Rick was very professional. Arrived 10 minutes early which was appreciated! He explained everything with my system check and was very polite. My system is in great condition and now I feel comfortable there is no carbon monoxide leaks before turning it on when the cold weather arrives.

Tech was friendly and professional. Was not in a hurry to get out but provided careful exam of inside and outside units. Provided advise on how to care for unit. Very pleased with company!

David, my technician, was outstanding. He was very professional and prompt and communicated everything he needed to do before he did the work. He identified several issues that my previous A/C guy never mentioned. My existing air intake return was too small for the HVAC unit my previous A/C guy installed 3 years ago, so David installed a secondary return and necessary ducts. David found that the configuration of the overflow cutoff was done incorrectly so he fixed that by installing a P trap. I mentioned that my AC filters were saturated with blackish-gray dust within a week of changing the filter, and David identified 3 nearby transoms that had lots of cracks allowing old black insulation to be sucked out of the walls. He stayed late in order to get those sealed up for me. It has been almost 2 months and I just changed my filter. It was still almost white with just a light gray (normal) saturation on the filter. In other words, it worked!! I have allergies and there is no telling how long I have gone with all that old insulation floating in the air. I am beyond happy with the work that David and Air Systems did for me. I will definitely use them from now on. Thank you David! You exceeded all expectations.

Business owner came to the house, promptly, discussed problem with me, returned to his place of business and fowarded to me a quote to remove defective unit and install new one with 4 clearly defined price and quality options in full detail. Carlos Jimenez. His straight forward, knowledgeable approach gave me the confidence to accept his offer without testing it against other provider's bids. The 2 installers were also diligent, competent, thorough and personable. They started at 7:30 am and didn't quit until everything was done, tested and operating properly. I have never had a more satisfactory contractor.

David, the technician, was right on time at 8 am. I had a coupon from Angie's for $59 check-up for heating or A/C, and wanted both. I asked for the additional services ahead of time and received the second system check-up for the same price. David wore show covers and told me as he began and completed each task. I was very pleased with the service.

I just moved to San Antonio and this was a system check on the units. Rick the service tech, arrived right on time. I had prepaid for an system check and after a small chat, I had Rick do both a cooling and heating check since winter was just around the corner. I felt Rick was very professional, he explained everything he did and told me what maintenance tips I needed to be doing to help make the units last. The only negative was the price. $59.00 for a cooling check and an additional $59.00 for a heating check when the technician did not have to make an additional trip. This is higher than what I was paying in Dallas for two trips (heating & cooling) plus the company supplied filters. Air Systems does not provide filters, but the technician looks at the filter and asks if you have changed the filter. Overall I was satisfied and I will probably hire this company again.
