First time using this company but it won"t be the last. Purchased a deal on Angie's list for maintenance for one unit. I knew that a second unit would be an additional charge. Ruben was on time and he completed the checkout in about an hour and a half. I wanted peace of mind that everything was in working order and that there were no major issues that needed attention. If I ever have a problem with my home air system they are definitely the ones i will call. He did offer a preventive maintenance agreement but there was no hard sell and I appreciate that.

Ruben was an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, was incredible willing to share eack stop of the process.

Our technician, Mark, did a great job servicing our A/C. I wasn't home when he came but my husband met him and said he was a good guy. He left me a note explaining all of the works he did. The lady in the office was very nice to talk to as well. Great job and we will use this company again for our annual service.

I had another AC company tune up my AC and they told me my refrigerant was low and said they charge?a flat rate of $241 to fill up the refrigerant but they would not tell me how much refrigerant I needed.? I told the other company that rate seemed high and I was going to get a second opinion.? I called Air Systems to have them come check out my system after asking about how much they charge for refrigerant.? I was told after checking the refrigerant they would give me an estimate before doing any work which they did. The technician Mark showed me how they measure the refrigerant level and after adding one pound of refrigerant he said it was full.? I was very happy with the work Mark did and the price I was charged was great, saving me $150 over what the first company would have charged me.? I would definitely use this company again I.

I interviewed 5 AC company's in one day. All were good but Air Systems was the company that stood out for quality, fair price, and on time execution of services. Mr Carlos Jimenez is truly an outstanding professional. 1. Excellent high quality service with extreme professionalism. 2. All aspects of the job was explained in full. 3. Service persons were professional clean and neat. 4. No half way, it was all done the right way the first time, no short cuts. 5. CPS rebates were filed right away...a very great surprise reflected in my electric bill. 6. Frequent quality control checks done by Mr Carlos Jimenez. Absolutely no high pressure, just high quality service, product and professionalism. My hat is off to Mr Jimenez. 7. I hit the jackpot when I hired Air Systems as my A/C contractor. From the technician who diagnosed my old equipment, to the technician who came to my home to complete the Manual J heat load calculation and throughout the sales and installation processes, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I was provided several equipment options and price ranges from which to choose, and at no time did I feel like I was being pushed in the direction of the more expensive options. In fact, I was assisted in choosing the system that was really the best fit for my individual home A/C and budget needs. The three man crew who came to do the installation was a dream. They were so respectful of my property, protecting my wood floors and leaving everything sparkling clean at the end of the job. They were with me all day and it was great to see how well they worked together as a team. They were really a joy to have in my home. After the installation, it was a nice surprise to receive a follow up e-mail from Air Systems thanking me for my business, checking to see how my system is operating and asking if I had any questions. They did everything they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it and communicated throughout the process. They even registered my equipment with Trane and submitted all paperwork for applicable rebates. You can't ask for a better company and group of people to work with and I recommend them without hesitation. I expect to enjoy a long and happy relationship with Air Systems and am so glad to have them as my A/C contractor. Thanks Air Systems!

The Air System technician that showed up was on time, and went about accomplishing the needed repairs in a very professional manner. He not only swapped out the needed parts but went about checking my whole AC system to ensure that everything working properly. The pricing was fair for the work accomplished.

The experience was okay. He did a good job on the inside, it was kind of slow going on the outside. There was an additional fees to do the inside. He cleaned the inside. I had a mildew smell and he was able to clean the inside of the cooling unit. He gave me some good advise. The $59 was not all inclusive and they use it as a hook to get you in. I asked them what it was for and when he came out, he said it was just for the service. He was just going to brush the grass away from the outside unit, but I pushed him to give me more service on the outside unit. I did see an improvement after he had finished. They were on time.

This was the first time we had used this company and I was very pleased. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions I had and called when the job was completed . The technician seemed to be thorough and efficient.

Carlos and his team are first class. They were very flexible working out a schedule that fit our needs. They even moved up our install by a week when my wife had to cancel her out of town trip. You can tell these folks take great pride in their work and they don't stop until everything is done exactly right. I had two old A/C/Furnace systems replaced and Air Systems was very competitive as I wanted to replace my old Trane systems with new Trane systems. I would highly recommend Air Systems if you are looking to replace your old A/C units.

First of all, the actual cost was $12,400.00 after subtracting all rebates. Air Systems owner, Carlos Jimenez, completed the required form and submitted it to CPS ($1100.00 rebate) and provided the completed form for my 2016 federal income tax rebate ($600.00). He also personally registered my units with TRANE. Mr. Jimenez is an exceptionally thorough and professional businessman. Over the past seven years I have had seven contractors (windows, landscaping, flooring, room additions, painting, roofing, and HVAC) perform renovations on our home. Air Systems, through Mr. Jimenez, provided the most thorough and professional bid of these seven contractors, and of the three HVAC contractors recommended by Angie's List. He provided 14 options whereas his competitors only offered three, and it was the lowest bid by $1000.00 for the system that I initially selected. Air Systems' bid was also professionally typed with ALL possible costs listed. There were no hidden costs. I have never seen a contractor come close to Mr. Jimenez's thoroughness and professionalism. He cares about the customer. Additionally, Air Systems' technicians (Rick, David, and Mark) reflected the company's high standards by showing up on time, cleaning up the work area every day, and finishing within the promised three days; plus, we were never completely without air/heat. Mr. Jimenez was also on site extensively every day, providing supervision and technical assistance. Most impressively, our 21 year-old home had unbalanced air flow in four rooms. They were always noticeably hotter or cooler than the rest of the house. Air Systems significantly improved the cooling/heating in all four rooms. We are a very satisfied customer. If you are seriously considering replacing your HVAC system I strongly recommend that you consider Air Systems and listen to Carlos Jimenez's low-key, thorough bid. He backs up his promises with high quality work. You will be very satisfied.

One word----Outstanding. Carlos the GM and his crew were the best. Especially Rick. Explained all the work they were about to do and in a way that was easy to understand. They went way above and beyond on several things for no extra charge. For example they had to take my ladder/door/frame off in ceiling to get the equipment into the attic. Replaced it all and painted it too. Left my house spotless. I will be using these guys from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

We have a 10.5 year old home (original owner) and the evaporator coil developed a slow leak resulting in recharging the system typically twice each season during the last two years. The first visit was to inspect the unit, confirm the leak and top off the system with coolant. Air Systems provided an estimate to replace the evaporator coil alone as well as for full replacement with three system options. We elected to have the entire system replaced. On 25 Feb 2016 Carlos and the crew arrived, removed the old system, installed the new, testing and completed in one day! An extremely nice and professional team--everything as promised with an up-to-date and more efficient system. Kudos to Air Systems! It's been a pleasure, gentlemen!

I've been using them now for about 5 years. I've had excellent results. They have very reasonable prices. When they find something, they fix it. There's no problem. They made it very nice. They're very quick and very efficient. They're in and out without any problem. They also clean up after themselves very well. They charge $149 for 2 services.

The Air Systems team did an exceptional job switching out our A/C unit. They did everything they said they were going to do with no up charges after they started the job. They took extra steps, such as placing walking material on our floors to protect our flooring. The owner of the company was on site before, during and after the job was completed. I would definitely use Air Systems in the future and I would also recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding job. Carlos gave us a detailed proposal with different levels of efficiency options. They did a load analysts of my house, along with before and after air measurements, and air balance. The 3 man crew of Rick, David, and Mark did an excellent, professional install of a complete new 5 ton system. These guys care about what they're doing at everything stage of the job. I highly recommend you give them a call.

They are very polite. Most importantly they know what they are doing. A previous company had told me I need to replace my compressor. When AIR SYSTEMS A/C, HEATING AND REFRIGERATION came out they let me know that is not the case. I will use them again and would recommend their service.
