Great. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they would. They communicated well. When they left there was no mess ...they put cloths down from the front door, up the stairs all the way to the attic access. System cools well, very satisfied and would hire them again!

Our AC unit was working, but was not keeping up with the summer heat. The repairman took one look at our system and said we needed new equipment. After a little pushing, he looked at the system. It is an older AC unit, and the set-up is pretty different. However, he still said we needed an entire new unit. We ended up getting a second opinion from another company. The other company did a full inspection of the system and fixed it for less than $150.

Carlos Jimenez and Air Systems were great to work with. They provided their expertise and gave us HVAC system options that was better suited for our home. They reviewed our air duct system and made recommendations for better air flow. They also measured the interior and exterior of our home to make sure that the recommended systems were correct for own home.

This installation went perfectly and we were especially impressed with the Air Systems team members (Mike Martinez and Mark Castillo) that worked on this project. This installation took place at a home located in Live Oak, Texas. The home was built in 1969 and sits at the base of a hill. The home is small (1300 sq. ft.) with a small lot (6,500 sq. ft.). The home foundation sits on limestone and is level but the lot is sloped toward a drainage ditch located at the back of the lot. What was so difficult was both team members had to remove an existing RUUD unit and install a new TRANE unit outside with only about 36 inches of clearance and with mature landscaping in the way. In addition the space where the installation took place was not level and to get the pad and the unit in place the team had to push both up to put them in place. They met all requirements for price, for courtesy, and for completing the job as agreed without discrepancy. Our inside working space was small. The hallway where the interior unit is located is six feet long and 34 inches wide. It was amazing that they were able to install the unit in such a small area.

Ruben was the technician that did the work. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and completed the work well. Air Systems is an excellent company. Over the past several years we have had them here several times. Every time we interact with them the work is done well without any problems. All of their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. This service was prepaid.

A/C started blowing hot air at 5pm!! It was scorching! Found Air Systems on Angie's List, gave them a call and got on the schedule for the next day for a tech to arrive between 1pm-5pm. Mark called around 11:45am and said he would be at my home in 20 minutes! I don't know who was more excited us or the dog lol! When he arrived he was very kind and professional. He found the problem in no time, turned out the capacitor was no good. He replaced it and stayed to make sure everything was working properly and most of all that our home was beginning to cool down. He DIDN'T pressure us to buy or replace anything other than what we needed!! We'll definitely be calling Air Systems from here on out .

The quality, service, attention to detail and knowledge demonstrated be the owners and service team were exceptional. The absolute best service and sales experience i've ever encountered from an HVAC service. The team at all levels was professional, courteous, timely and demonstrated expert knowledge. The options provided for system replacement were clearly articulated and described to allow us to make a well informed purchase decision. Installation was just great. Team arrived on time with the appropriate materials to complete all phases of the installation. All exposed interior flooring was protected and all areas were left clean. They indeed earned my trust and confidence as A is Services is now the only company I will call for HVAC needs. Most triple "A"ratings you encounter tend to be inflated and meaningles, mine is no - AAA!

The tech and owner came out and worked on it. On the 22nd the found out the switch that cuts out the water was defective, but the damage had already been done. I told him I'd hold him response for the damage to the floor. I asked him if he knew anyone to repair the floor and he said he knew someone. He said no at first, but then realized he knew someone. I told him I had some extra laminate flooring to save him on the repair. I called his office on the 27th, and they told me they were too busy to come out that week. I couldn't let the water sit under the laminate for that long. Prior to that, he told me I'd need to call a plumber to address the issue. He said he would repair the floor if we showed him a receipt from the plumber saying the issue had been taken care of. He came out with his contractor after I had the floor repaired, on the 29th of June. I told him that the office had said he was too busy to come out. He said he would bring his contractor out, and that he (the owner) would only pay what the contractor tells him. He was supposed to pay me $300 dollars. I showed him the receipt from the plumbing and the flooring company, and the contractor said that is a fair price. The owner, Mr. Jimenez, in front of the contractor, myself, and my wife said "I"ll may you the check." That was on the 29th of June. I have not heard from him since.

The guys showed up early and began to prepare the old Trane for removal. After the truck with the new equipment arrived, they began unpacking the new Trane AC and installed it. The day was hot, but the people installed the AC on time. They showed the new thermostat and how to set it. Afterwards, they cleaned up the boxes and packing material and left the place clean. Carlos came by the next day to check the AC and duct work installation.

Service man diagnosed on one heat pump the failure of a contactor. On the other heat pump the failure of a capacitor. He said the bill for an hour's labor and the 2 parts was over $600. While he was here I found both parts priced on the internet, exact same parts for $60. (He had said they would be over $400. I called the owner who said he would re-figure the charges. When I got the invoice they had reduced the parts price to $174 (still more than twice the price available to anyone on line) and the labor price was jacked up to $356! I had previously given these folks a good review. Now I will never go back to them.

Extremely well. It took 8 hours in 92° heat, and Dave was efficient, confident, and very supportive and friendly. We would definitely call them again.
