Ruben is always on-time & very nice. He came to replace a defrost control board and stayed committed to making sure everything was working properly. He had to re-program. A thermostat and that final got my heat pump working. This company is great & only charged the amount quoted even though additional time was required.

Ruben showed up on time and got our furnace working again. No complaints and we will use this company again.

When our A/C failed, we received a couple of bids that were quite high. Thirty minutes after calling Air Systems, Carlos Jimenez, the general manager, arrived and examined our system. I asked him for bids on four Trane models. His bids were detailed and very informative. The prices were the best by far. We chose the Trane XV18. Air Systems provided a contract with proof of insurance, carefully installed the system and took care of permits, inspections and CPS and federal credits. Air Systems is an excellent company and we highly recommend them.

Drain was blown out partially and serviceman wanted to take drain pipes apart but I refused and cleared with drain cleaner. I also refused new water switch which he suggested replacement for. Old switch worked fine once it dried out.

When we first were made aware that we needed to replace our two AC and heating systems, we searched for a reliable company on Angie's List. After receiving estimates from two reliable companies, we chose to go with Air Systems. From start to finish we were extremely pleased in the level of detail and the quality of work. Our initial contact was Carlos Jimenez who patiently listened to what we wanted before outlining several options to us. He then presented a very detailed proposal of costs for each option. The next step was to have David measure each room of our home to ensure we would get the correct size AC and heating units. The work started on the date promised, and Mark and Mike worked three full days to ensure everything was done properly. They were extremely careful when removing old equipment and installing the new equipment. During the installation they encountered some unexpected issues that were corrected at no additional charge. During this whole process Carlos was available whenever we called and he made it a point to come by the house everyday. We highly recommend Air Systems; it is a great and professional company to work with.

Mr. Carlos Jimenez, owner of Air Systems, inspected the Carrier system and provided an extremely detailed estimate of all equipment, parts, and labor needed to replace it. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction including specifications that needed to be met. Then he allowed us to choose the Trane models of equipment that we needed. The price he gave in the estimate was the price we paid, and it was approximately $3600 less than a much larger competitor who also did an on-site inspection. The competitor's estimate was for the exact same Trane equipment, heat pump and air handler. Two courteous and competent technicians arrived on time and first took measures to protect the flooring and contents of our home. The old equipment from the attic was heavy and water-logged, so we appreciated their care while removing it. Mr. Jimenez arrived with all the new equipment and worked alongside his employees for several hours. We are pleased with his competence and honesty, his employees, and the professionalism of Air Systems.

Dand got here on the 6, verified the motor resectable was o, and called on for a new motor. He picked up today. Installed, checked out the system-cleaned up the area.

Great! They were extremely helpful in picking out which system was the right one for us and installation went as planned. They've maintained the system ever since.

C. Jimenez (v.p. & general mgr.) came monday 9/12/2016 to give me estimate. He was very informative and his attitude of "doing the best job possible" was what convinced me this was the right company to do the work. By that afternoon he emailed me several quotes on different units and i went with Trane 2.5 ton that was same size of my old unit. Was installed by friday 9/16/2016. Overall a superb job. Laid down tarp to protect my carpet and informed me thru out the day on the progress. Started at 7:30am, done by 4pm. I will use them April 2017 to do my downstairs unit.
