Last Fall we had Air Systems install 2 new Trane HVAC systems. After this first time experience with Air Systems, we knew they were the Air Conditioning/Heating service company for us when our 6 month maintenance on the 2 systems was due. The technician (Mark) spent approximately 2 hours going over our 2 units both inside and out in great detail. Mark even changed our filters for us as they are the large filters that only need to be replaced every 6 months. Thank goodness Mark installed these filters for us as I had no idea on how to do this myself. Over the past 50 years of living in San Antonio, we have hired several other AC companies for our HVAC needs. But no one even comes close to matching the service we have experienced with Air Systems. We plan to be Air Systems customers for life.

Mike the tech did a great job and was very friendly and professional, and Carlos the owner was very accommodating and professional from start to finish! Followed up with the work that had been done and everything actually came in under quoted amount. Our A/C is working very well so far and feels cooler, and the furnace cleaner!

Always ended up a very satisfied customer. Even when things did not go quite as planned, Air Systems stood behind their work and made things right. Fair prices and work I could depend on.

Technician was professional and courteous but explained that it would cost extra to do anything other than look at AC unit outside and provide advice. It would cost additional money to go upstairs and perform any other checks and also to add freon. Freon cost 89 per pound.

Technician arrived on time- very polite professional. Thoroughly checked a/c and heating unit. Replaced one part after showing me need to do 50. He was careful to cover shoes when walking on carpet.

On time, made sure to keep dirt out. Used protective boots. Very polite gave military discount.

Air Systems has been my seasonal go to provider for my A/C. They replaced my A/C unit a few years ago and they've been performing yearly/seasonal checkups on my new unit since. I'm very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

On time but didn't call first. Glad I was home. Have used spring and fall preventive maintenance for years. Very satisfied. Reasonable price.

I knew what the problem was because of a friend who lives in Ohio. He said the job should cost $75 at most. The repairman came out promptly and was very nice but he was charging $78 for diagnostic, $30 for nitrogen, and $109 for labor. Angie's List had a coupon to cover the $78 diagnostic but that is only for first time service. With costs almost double what they should have been, I will not be using them again.

I don't think the experience could have gone any smoother or any better. Called the office to receive a bid on the 5-ton unit replacement. Carlos was very responsive and took time to understand the requirements of the job. I received a very thorough proposal with several HVAC options from Carlos. His pricing for top of the line equipment was 10-20% less than other quotes I received. I thought it was too good to be true, so I thoroughly reviewed the proposal (and other reviews on Angie's List) and realized there isn't some "bait and switch" tactic being used... Air Systems simply offers amazing customer service and fair pricing for their customers. The decision was easy to go with Air Systems. Now that they've completed the job, I'm even more thankful that I used a customer-centric company like Air Systems. They ran into some unexpected complications with my outdoor electrical breakers as well as with the indoor plenum. Rather than trying to submit a bunch of change requests, they took care of the work for the cost in the proposal. I feel that other contractors would have tried to "nickel and dime" me on those extra charges. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the job that Air Systems did and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have had Air Systems do annual maintenance checks on our heating and cooling system for three years now. They have always been courteous and professional. When we set up the appointment, they tell We had Air Systems replace an inside coil that was leaking. And they replaced the coil when the original replacement coil failed while still under warranty. In both cases, the company and technicians were courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was very impressed with the first contact. The owner came to my house and he was very polite & professional. He evaluated the problem, explained everything that I wanted to know. His quote was very professionally done. It started with "scope of work to be performed". It listed all the work, parts and items to be installed. He then listed different options available for the size of unit to be replaced. The unit under each option had a SEER & EER rating, the cost for the complete job and also included was if the unit qualified for a CPS rebate & the amount. The techs were very helpful, friendly and polite. They worked very careful and left the area super clean when the job was completed.

This company is superior. The service men were on time and even stayed late to finish the project. They called me at times to give me updates and explained what they were doing . They were neat and careful about the carpets. They improvised a new base for one of the units to ensure stability. I was so comfortable with them that I gave them a key to the house so they could enter and close up. have a friend who was a builder and he told me that the Trane was the best of all. It has no pilot light. When I turned it on there was no noise at all--- note even a fan noise. You will not go wrong hiring this company.
