Air Systems and Ruben were outstanding. I have been dealing with our home warranty company and the lack of service they as well as the other AC company was providing so I turned to Angie's List and Air Systems was highly rated. I know why. They were able to come out today, the day that I called. I was shocked. Ruben figured out what the problem was immediately and fixed it for a minimal charge. He provided me with an invoice that I could share with the company that is supposed to come out and fix the problem on Frida. He recommended that the motor be replaced. Air Systems and Ruben were so great that we are going to have them come out next month to evaluate our entire system and consider proactively replacing the system we have vs waiting to be provided with terrible service from the home warranty company when the systems die completely. I will recommend Air Systems to anyone who asks. Thank you Air Systems for proving such a great experience after such a terrible day of dealing with the other guy. The total paid included the service fee and the repair.

Ruben arrived on time, introduced himself and did a thorough inspection of all systems.

It's $156 for both check ups. They just do what they are suppose to do and so many companies do not these days. They do it and they do it well. They always send out the same gentleman so he gets ot know our system so there is no issue. His name is David.

The repairman showed up and let me know the numerous things wrong with my AC, yet failed to offer a definitive solution. I asked him what I needed to do to get the AC fixed, all he could tell me was that it needed numerous repairs. He then said I needed a new compressor on one unit and a fan on the other (I have 2). When I asked if that would then resolve the problem, he said he didn't know. At the end I had to tell him twice that I was interested in a quote... why else would he be there! Paid about 180 just for him to tell me that. A week later I am still waiting for a quote and still without AC in triple digit heat. Ended up going with a different company with my home warranty and scheduled to get a new unit.

The technicians showed up on time and performed very thorough checks of our home air conditioning systems. The performed some tasks that not all technicians would do, such as cleaning the coil and clearing the drain lines. They made a point to where shoe protectors, so as to keep from damaging our floors. Both technicians were polite and agreeable, despite the fact that it was late in the day and quite warm.

In April 2017, Air Systems did a complete change-out of our A/C and furnace system with a quality Trane System (they are a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer). We made this job challenging for them in that they had to schedule their work over three different days because of other work we were having done at our home at the same time. Although I know this created challenges for their work schedules, they graciously accommodated our needs and the work being performed by the other contractor. With respect to their work, the quality of the work is evident every place you look. We don't believe we could have gotten a more professional installation. We can't imagine ever calling anyone else to handle our A/C and heating needs.

Ruben did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and did not try to upsell me anything. He was also very respectful and I would highly recommend the Company for tune up services.
