This was our first experience with Air Systems. We just moved to San Antonio in May, 2017. We decided to use Air Systems for our fall heater system check up based on Angie's List reviews and Air Systems Angie's List coupon for the heater check. It was easy to get an appointment that fit with our schedule. And, when we had to reschedule the evening before they quickly responded to the message I left with their answering service and, also, to an email. They rescheduled the next morning for the following morning. The technician arrived when he said he would during his call that he was on his way. He was very thorough and explained his findings. He showed me where the breakers were for our A/C unit - some things are done differently in San Antonio. He was faithful about wearing his shoe covers. He checked every register for carbon monoxide. And, best of all, he found no problems. We have already signed up with Air Systems for our spring A/C check up.

It went very well from my e-mail requesting service to their response time was excellent. The technician call within 30 minutes to let us know he was on his way well within the scheduled timeframe. He also had the parts on his truck avoiding having to leave and return. I have used Air Systems several time and they do what they say constantly. This is a great company and great technicians.

the tech. was very friendly and knowledgable about what he was doing we had him also clean our unit inside and outside and replace a capacitor they were a little bit pricy but ill be using them again if need be

Great - from start to finish. I appreciate the personal involvement of Carlos and the team he assembled was friendly yet professional. They encountered a new problem every time they took the next step and they kept an extremely positive attitude. At one point, they had to purchase a drill bit that was as tall as I am to be able to punch a hole through an inaccessible roof eave to run a line. They also took care of applying for the CPS rebate and submitting the information needed to register my equipment with the manufacturer in case of future problems. I know I'm going to have to provide the cost of this project below but please understand that they had to correct multiple safety and code compliance issues that a normal installation would not need. The actual cost of the equipment was reasonable.

David, an 18yr technician with Air Systems did an outstanding job. His technical knowledge was noteworthy. I can trust any work recommended by Air Systems because they are simply honest in providing recommendations for work that needs to be done. They have zero interest in taking advantage of anyone. They will provide solutions and correct the poor work of other companies that claim they know the HVAC business. Fact is, in this industry, if you pick the guy solely based on the lowest price--beware--you are asking for problems that will cost you more in the long run.

I was very pleased that they always kept me informed on the progress of the work being done. They were professional, courteous, punctual and accommodating to my schedule. They also made every effort to keep my home clean.

The work was performed professionally and in a short time. The installation technicians were knowledgeable and equally important, pleasant to work with.

We are an elderly couple, my husband just home from major surgery. 98° day. Owner said someone would be out by 12:00. The tech was there earlier & had it fixed by 12:00. (air cond. quit working at 02:00 in morning).

Great, turned out to be a bad capacitor. They had the part with them and were able to quickly repair.
