Everything with well. The technician arrived within a reasonable time. He was thorough and explained what was wrong. He also gave me an idea of issues that might occur due to the age of the system. Being able to have a technician come out on a Saturday on the hottest day of the year was a big relief. It was even a bigger relief to have the unit working again.

Initially when I started using air systems to install the broke system I thought they did ok. But over the last 1.5 years they’ve been back more than 10 times to fix little things, or so they say. The last time they came they accused me of being rude to office personnel and refusing to pay. Both completely untrue. They told me they’d email me a quote to fix my drain line and I heard nothing. When I finally contacted them they said they would no longer be servicing my property. I went back and forth through email with the owner about what happened but she already had her mind made up. The technician accused me of refusing to pay, (which I have documented proof I did pay), and then offered his personal phone number to do service for us. Can’t tell you how much I would recommend going with someone else. When the job gets hard they turn the other way and run. I’ve never been treated so badly. Call someone else and don’t listen to the good reviews.

Every thing went according to schedule after a brief delay. The delay was caused when Air Systems went to Trane warehouse to pick up custom unit and found damage. Did not try and fix damage, just called me and we rescheduled. Arrived promptly 8:15 am with new unit and had my house nice and cool before leaving 6:00 pm same day. Workers were polite and professional. Cleaned up site and hauled away boxes, old equipment. Would recommend Air Systems for A/C.

These guys are great! Unfortunately, this is our 2nd total replacement within a year. There was no question who we were going with based on last year's experience. True to form, Air Systems was very professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient . Their staff is very polite and by the end of the day, the only way you knew they were there was the new thermostat and condenser outside. The are our ac providers without a doubt.

We had Air Systems make some repairs to our primary and secondary drains, which were clogged and causing the pan below the A/C to fill. After one visit, for which we were charged $200, I was informed that the technician did not have enough time to address the emergency line. We scheduled a second visit and were charged $400 for this additional repair. During this time, Air Systems suggested we place a second return in the back of the home and redo the duct work. They tacked an additional $77 on to my bill and said that would come off the total, should we get the return/duct work done. They quoted us a total of $5000 for this work to be completed. At this point, I had HAD it and sought a second opinion. And the pan under our A/C is still filling up - the drain repairs we ended up paying $600 for were not effective, and when I tried to get the company to address the issue under warranty, the technician incorrectly my concern (did not address the issue at all) and went back to his recommendation that we pay them $5K for another return (totally unrelated). These people are scam artists. Beware.

After years of dreading replacement of our 17 year old inefficient central AC, I called Carlos at Air Systems. The estimate was quick & painless with straightforward price & equipment options. The work was scheduled and his crew showed up early in the morning and finished by late afternoon.

Out of all the contractors I've ever hired Air Systems is by far the best. They are the most honest and trustworthy company you will find. They care and take pride in their work which they are very knowledgeable about and proficient. We are leaving the San Antonio area and had our system serviced for the new home owner. When we first decided to replace our aging and insufficient HVAC system, Carlos Jimenez met with us at our home, gave us a variety of options from which to choose, and helped us determine what the best unit would be for us and our needs. Once we decided, work was scheduled and performed in a timely fashion. Carlos and his crew were meticulously professional from start to finish, and left us very happy customers. We knew that when we had to replace our second unit, we would be using Air Systems again, However, before we needed to replace our second unit, we had a partial home fire that required the replacement of the unit we had just replaced a year earlier. Our contractor did not want to use Air Systems as he had his "own guys". We agreed as long as we could get the same equipment. Well you can imagine how that went. When we had the Air Systems guys come out to double check and to perform our maintenance, we found out that not only did we not have the equipment we were supposed to have, it hadn't been installed correctly. We had to work with our contractor to remedy the error. We stood firm about having Air Systems do the work this time. Carlos really went above and beyond the norm with us to help us work with our contractor and get the wrong equipment out, the right equipment in, and everything installed correctly. I am sure Carlos had better things to do with his time, but he stayed the course with us and made sure we had the equipment we wanted and had paid for. Excellent! We had them replace our downstairs system when it died last summer. They did a great job and so we decided to replace the upstairs one before summer hit! They do great work and they even took care of the warranty paperwork with Trane and the rebate paperwork with CPS! Carlos and his team are the best!

It was easy to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Ruben called when he was on his way. He arrived within the 2-hour timeframe I had scheduled. He explained to me what he would do. He let me know what he found and that everything was in good condition. He cleaned up after himself (some insulation had fallen into my closet from the attic). It was quick and easy.

On time, as usual. I’ve used Air Systems over and over. They installed my new Trane a/c system in 2014, as well as numerous other jobs they’ve done, ie; duct work, new air return system. Carlos and his wife own the company, and I seem to think they are a small, but very professional company. This particular job was just the annual tuneup. My kudos as usual to the technician, I think his name is Ruben. Very knowledgeable and on time, every time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a/c work.

It went extremely well from initial evaluation and proposal to completion of work. We purchased a home this summer and knew that the AC system was dated but hoped that it would work for a year or two. After a service trip at the beginning of the heating season we determined that the system could fail - probably at the height of the heat next summer. Best time to replace AC units is in the fall - price promotions from manufacturers were available and AC companies are able to do the work in a timely fashion. We had used Air Systems in a previous residence to replace our coils. When we had an issue with a defective part the owner of the company assured us that his company would stand behind the problem -- which they did.
