AIR SYSTEMS A/C, HEATING AND REFRIGERATION

Reuben has been out to work on our system a number of times. He is always on time, professional, complete, and reliable. I depend on the work of this company as much of the year in the southwest is spent with high temperature days. They have done an excellent job.

We have used Air Systems for years and highly recommend them for A/C service needs. They are professional, courteous, and clean. Rueben is an excellent technician. They are always dependable.

The annual A/C system maintenance went very smoothly. The technicians arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning and checkup of the A/C system. They always do a top notch job. Will definitely be having them back for the annual furnace maintenance in the Fall.

The replacement of the system was completed effortlessly and efficiently. The technicians worked tirelessly and professionally. They had all the tools and equipment needed to complete the work and they were able to answer any questions without hesitation. Carlos/ president came with the crew to access and made sure everyone knew what had to be done so there’s no surprises. Very professional. Laid down mats to protect floor. Kept all work areas clean. Helped me program thermostat. I shopped around and their price was great on a Trane system. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

It went well. Reuben did a great job as usual. It always goes well with Air Systems.

Went well, were here promptly at 8. Three men worked very hard until 6. Some physical modifications were required to make the new Trane fit, but they did it all, cleaned everything up, Set it up for us, Explained the operation of the Smart Thermostat etc. The next day, their boss came by and checked everything out and answered our questions. Said they would take care of the Warranty registration, and rebate for us. They have 2 year parts and labor warranty besides the 10 yr manufacturers warranty

The team (David, Albert and Christian) were always on time, courteous, and professional. Carlos (General Manager) came every morning to make sure the team had the supplies they needed and followup on the work. Everything was done in a professional manner. At the end of the project, Carlos did a walk through and made any needed corrections to our satisfaction. We plan to use them ongoing with our heating and cooling needs.

Very professional and thoroughly explained the motor mechanism as well how the thermostat does not work with my back up heat pump to my understanding along with other items.

Mr. Reuben arrived as scheduled and checked out our furnace. He has been doing our spring and fall maintenance for a few years and is a pleasure to work with. He is a very pleasant person and appears to be very thorough. He also takes the time to explain the work that he does.

We continue to use Air Systems for our HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs. We have been satisfied with their customer service and professionalism since day 1. Ruben performed our Fall HVAC PM this afternoon. He was punctual, professional, and friendly as always. I look forward to working with Air Systems (and Ruben) in the future. Happy Holidays!

Ruben was very friendly, professional and punctual. As our house is only two years old, once he verified it was the blower motor that was bad, he checked with Carrier on the motor and found it was under warranty, which I really appreciated. He came back today and installed the new motor, which took about 90 minutes. I was able to use the Angie's list coupon to apply the cost of the diagnosis to the final bill. My only issue was the high cost of the labor for this installation, maybe any other company would charge the same or more, but it did seem quite high for a blower fan replacement under warranty.

The team call 30 minutes before arrival and were at my house promptly. They were very professional and did a very thorough job. Will definitely use them again!

We have relied on Air Systems for years to maintain our our two Heating and A/C systems. Their technicians (David and Ruben among others) are professional, punctual, thorough, and respectful of our home. Under their care, our systems have been trouble-free for years. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the owners, Carlos and Sylvia Jimenez, when we occasionally call the office for information.

I was impressed by the professionalism and Knowlege of the Air Systems AC repairmen. The AC coil in an AC system that I had installed by another AC company failed. I called Air Systems to help diagnose the problem that I was having with the system. They quickly shut the system down to help minimize the water damage to the ceiling of my house, replaced the AC coil, leveled and replaced the AC drain pan, and rerouted some PVC drain pipes to the outside of my house. A follow-up inspection by a company manager was accomplished by Air Systems three days later to ensure that all repairs had been accomplished as agreed.

After some time troubleshooting to find the issue, they did an outstanding job completing the work. They were prompt and professional, and I completely trust their work. They will be my service provider in the future for my three Trane units.

Accidentally found this company on Angie’s List a few years ago. Been with them ever since. Referred neighbors and friends to them and love them as much as we do. Always on time and always pleasant to deal with. Prices are reasonable and we thoroughly trust them. David is our regular guy and we really appreciate his professionalism.

Perfectly. They sell Trane and that was what I especially wanted. They were punctual and respectful of my home and time. It is like a crisp fall day, even though it is 100 degrees outside.

Scheduled an a/c check up. All went well. Scheduling was quick and easy. I received a very thorough inspection of my whole system and for the price I paid, they come back in the fall to check the heater.
