Description of Work: I used Air -Steam for air conditioning and heating services. They do residential and commercial, but we just used the residential. I used their services couple of weeks ago.

+ -1 moreI haven't used them. It was a good experience. They looked good and they had an efficient site visit. There were two people that came, one that looked around and the other which took notes. They were friendly and I actually got an estimate from them. I'm trying to decide whether or not I go with them or another service provider.
Description of Work: They came to give me an estimate on a new A/C unit.

Description of Work: Air Stream replaced our A/C system on the first floor of a 100 yr old home. They did not try to sell us something that we did not need, but rather what would be most efficient for the space. They cleaned our other A/C unit as they felt it had a few more good years on it. Richard Flores followed up on all of the work and ensured that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. We got two other estimates from companies on Angie's list, and had quotes for work that was twice what we paid, and for equipment that was overkill for what we needed. I wish all contractors were this reliable.

+ -1 moreAir Stream Air Conditioning & Heating did an excellent job. They were very nice to us when they were here. They cleaned up all of their mess. They answered all of our questions. Overall, they were a top notch company. We were very satisfied.
