+ -1 moreI have been using them for thirty years. They are the best! Their technicians have been with them for years and they are neat and just wonderful. They arrive on time and are knowledgeable. Maria, the secretary, is just great. They also have reasonable prices with a senior discount. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe lady who answers the phone was courteous and scheduled an appointment right away. The men were on time and courteous and professional. My air conditioner is cooling very nicely now. I have used this company for several years and have always been pleased with their work.
Description of Work: I called this company because my air conditioner wasn't cooling very well. The serviceman thoroughly checked the inside and outside systems and discovered that everything was in good working order. The problem was caused by a filter that needed changing and one filter that is totally unnecessary, just blocking the flow of air.

+ -1 moreThe work this company does is excellent. They are professional in their interactions with customers, give an honest evaluation and stand by their work. I have never been disappointment. As for the work the tenant has yet to complete, we shall see....
Description of Work: They have a maintenance contract on my home and business. They check and maintain a total of 6 units twice a year and make any recommendations or repairs. In this particular day, I was notified by the tenants of my business that the copper coil of the units (3) had been stolen--possibly two days before. Call these folks because I trust them to meet me to inspect damage on the units. Their service manager met me AFTER hours on a rainy day to inspect and give his assessment. By contract the tenants are responsible for the repairs. Two weeks later, the units have not been repaired.

+ -1 moreOn May 1, 2013, Johnny arrived at the appointed time and started cleaning my system, vacuum all parts of the unit and all filters, checked cooling levels and made sure everything worked as it was supposed to. He then checked the outside unit, cleaned it and ensured its proper operation. Johnny was very professional and pleasant and answered all questions . He left everything in perfect condition after he finished with the maintenance. I have never been disappointed with this company and will recommend Air Conditioning Service Co. highly.
Description of Work: I have used this company since 1968 and I have always received excellent service either with repairs, which were done fast and efficiently or with the installation of a new heating and cooling system over the years. Every year, I receive a maintenance contract for my heating and cooling system, which includes a special air filtering system. Making appointments is always pleasant as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My write-up covers the spring maintenance on my cooling system. Price is for both the spring and winter maintenance.

+ -1 moreI have used this company on two different houses I have owned and they are always responsive and professional. They installed new systems for me in my old house several years ago and they maintained those units with an annual service check up at a nominal cost. The day after my unit was repaired in my current house, my neighbor had a similar problem and I referred him to Air Conditioning Service co. They took care of him and he was also satisfied.
Description of Work: My house has a twin a/c system with one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs unit was blowing hot air one morning. The service provided was there that afternoon and diagnosed the problem as a capacitor. He replaced it at a cost of $174.00 and also checked the entire system for gas pressure and overall operation. Within 30 minutes the house as cool again.

Description of Work: This was a service contract for A/C and heating. They scheduled the appointments in a timely manner and were prompt about keeping the appointments. I didnt have to sit and wait around for someone who didnt show up.
