All around professional. From the quote to the install could not have asked for more. Jason, Chelsea, Andre and his crew nicest people to work with. The best part was I never had to chase them down to see what the next step was, they kept in constant contact. The only place I would EVER have my countertops done by. I refer them to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

I called AGS on a Friday and the next Monday Jason came out to look at the job. He brought a number of samples and we chose one. Jason gave me an estimate on the spot and we agreed to let them do the job. Two days later AGS called to schedule the job for the following week. They came today and completed the installation in just a few hours. We could not be happier with their work. They were very professional and cleaned up afterward. The counter-tops look great.

Jason, Seth, and the team at AGS are true professionals! They were very responsive and willing to work with me on my budget to select the perfect granite for my kitchen. The installers were very efficient, professional, and neat. I would definitely recommend AGS for anyone needing granite work done!

Everything went really well. Jason came to my house with granite samples. We selected the granite. After our cabinet was completed, Seth came to our house and retook measurements. Then we went to the slab yard to see the stone that would be installed. We were able to select the corner of the slab that would be cut for us. The granite was installed today, as scheduled. The crew was very efficient and left everything clean. It is beautiful!!!

It was awesome. I will most definitely be using again for some other homes and plan on letting family and friends know who they can call.

Great great great work and company. Jason and his crew know what they are doing, and it was a pleasure working with them. I got four estimates to have my countertops replaced. Jason was not the cheapest, but he had the colors of quartz I was looking for, and clearly knows his business. I was impressed that I had my quote in my email, before he even left my home. I was a tad nervous about the entire project, since I had never had countertops replaced before. Honestly I'd never had countertops other than laminate before either. But Jason answered my questions, was patient with me, and I was comfortable each step of the way. He gave me a scheduled install date. Turns out he had a cancelation and was able to come out a day early! That thrilled me and I scrambled to prepare my areas for their arrival. They came in and removed both existing countertops, installed new ones, cleaned up and took all trash away. Other than a little dust which was easy to clean up, which I was informed about early, the entire process was inspiring. And both of my rooms have been transformed, and I am SOOOOOOOO happy with them! Highly recommended!

Jason was the ultimate professional, went over and above to help me choose the stone and accommodated after hour communications and meetings. Samples were provided to assist in selections in my home. The completed job is absolutely beautiful and very happy that I listened to Jason's recommendations and guidance. They were able to limit to a single seam and it is smooth as glass. Take care if you are reusing your existing faucet, the crew will uninstall as part of the service but as with most granite installers, they do not reinstall. It may be prudent to have a plumber uninstall as well. At the end of the day, the price was fair & competitive, the customer service impeccable and my kitchen looks wonderful. I would hire again!

Jason with AGS Granite is awesome. He does great work, very easy to work with and always faithful to show up when he said we would.

It went very well. Jason was right on time for the first appointment. We had some problems reaching him for follow up calls about the install, but Jason said that he sent a text message to my husbands phone, but my husband does not have texting on his cell phone, so we did not receive the text. We finally did connect with Jason and found out that the workers were due to arrive at our house in the next few minutes. The entire job was finished the same day. We love the finished product.

The repair went smoothly. Quite polite and professional, the team got right to work and did what needed to be done. I highly recommend them.

Reasonable price and counters look great. Only complaint is that the caulk was pretty sloppy in several places and they used white caulk around a stainless steel sink instead of clear.

Jason was punctual, responsive to my questions and concerns. He was present at the job site during the installation and inspected the work afterwards. Granite turned out great. We are happy with results and the process. Crew was also professional and polite

We absolutly LOVE our countertops! Jason and his crew (aka Thelma and Louise ) was so awesome couldnt ask for a smoother sale and insulation. The price was very fair, we check at both Lowe's and Home Depot before coming to Angie's List. The process of dealing directly with the owner, Jason, was hands down so much easier and the wait time was even better. Not sure why anyone would go to a box store. If you are wanting to upgrade your countertops DO give AGS Granite a call you won't regret it! They rock!

Jason was very responsive when I called to make an appointment for an estimate. He was very prompt arriving for his first appointment and if there was ever any time adjustment needed for meeting me at the granite yard or at my home he always gave me plenty of notice. He was very helpful during the granite selection. The installations, which were at two different sites, went very smoothly. The granite vanity tops are beautiful and they will be my first choice if I need any more counter tops replaced.

The install went great. They were very professional and communication was great. They even came back when we called to get help with the the faucet being installed after their work was complete. We needed the hole to be drilled out a little bigger and they came by the next day. Awesome and we love it.

The work looks great, however we have been trying to contact this service provider since August regarding a few things, but haven't heard back. The workers were wonderful and did a great job, were also very polite, however communication with the owner has proven to be difficult.

Jason stopped by to give me an estimate and measure the counter tops. Afterwards I set up time to go pick out the granite I wanted from the selections I was given. We scheduled time afterwards to get them installed. They arrived in the morning and was finished by late afternoon. Love my counter tops and will use them again for the bathrooms.

Jason was my point of contact (and I believe owner) of AGS. He was very easy to work with. He came with samples for my estimate. I purchased a coupon through Angie's list, but my cost was more because I had an upgrade on the granite. Jason met us at the granite place and helped us pick out the granite. He explained a lot to us. It was a great experience. The work was done by Marco and Edgar (I think that was his name). They did a fantastic job and if there was a question about anything Marco always asked before he proceeded. They were in and out in a very reasonable time and cleaned up after themselves. Since we were having a new sink, faucet and RO put in, Jason recommended a good plumber. My biggest concern was having a seam line that didn't show. I had read online that dark colors were the hardest to hide. Marco and Edgar did a great job and we don't even see the seam line. Over all a very good job and we would definitely use this company again...without hesitation.

The project went very well. The measurements were spot on and the countertop looks beautiful. Work was done on time. Jason and his workers were very professional, helpful and efficient. Although they did not hook up the cooktop, sink and faucet, they made sure all of these fit perfectly.

These guys were great. Awesome customer service and attention to detail. I mentioned we had new floors and they really were careful not to scuff them up. They did demo and granite replace of kitchen counters, buffet counter, breakfast bar, powder bath, built in office desks, dual vanity and master bath dual vanity. The stone choices were plentiful and we only paid a $250 up charge for the total job to get the level we wanted. Super considerate and efficient crew. Marco was awesome and Jason had a great suggestion to convert a low wall we had to a breakfast bar to create more space. Would definitely recommend AGS Granite!!!

I am very pleased. They have a very good representative. Their representative, Jason, was very knowledgeable. He knew all the answers to the questions I had. He did a great job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It worked out great. There was a problem when they first brought the granite to install. Even with all the careful measurements and templates, the actual space for one of the counters was very tight. We discussed several options and on the next visit Jason and two men came back, made some adjustments to the drywall and maneuvered the huge piece into place. It looks beautiful and I am very happy with the result.
