Description of Work: I hired this company and had dealings with the three owners, brothers, George, John, and Richard JIMENEZ. They are my neighbors and live in Beacon Hill Neighborhood on Elsmere Dr. in San Antonio. Since they were my neighbors I felt that I could TRUST them. BOY WAS I WRONG. These individuals are lying theives and give you execuse after execuse and never come throught on any promise but they do show up to STEAL your inital downpayment. They don't do any of the work themeselves and the only way I got my furniture back was because the man that was doing the work contacted me from his leaking garage. Tha'ts correct the individual that does all of their work works out of a garage that is filthy and roof leaks. Well it rained and my furniture was ruined. After my horrible expierence I searched public records only to discover (to late) that they indiduals have scammed multiple customers and have liens against them for various furniture repairs. THESE THREE BROTHER ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. INITAL MEETING IS GREAT AND THAT"S IT AFTER THAT-they disappear. Do not us them unless you like throwing your money away and getting noting in return. OH-and your furniture may never come back. REMEMBER THESE NAMES GEORGE, JOHN and RICHARD JIMENEZ. THEIVES, LIARS, and PROFESSION SCAMMERS-Susan Reed needs to investigate this company and IRS too!
