AFFORDABLE BLINDS

I hired them in November and they just finished the job in mid-January, but not to our specifications. The blinds came corded so we have cords all over the place. They refused to go back and replace them with what we originally asked for . We are still in a battle with them over the quality of work and delivering the products they promised.

He did not quote me a price, but I was willing to pay him. I don't care if I had to pay him full price; I just wanted it repaired. If he was not going to do it, he should not have taken it. He did not do anything for me, he just kept my merchandise and did not repair anything. I called him about five or six times and got no reply. I called him about six weeks after the fact and he told me the screen was fixed. All he needed to do was bring the screen out and put it in, but he never showed up and would never answer my calls anymore. When I talked to him he said he was going to come that day, but he hurt his back and had to go to a chiropractor. I asked him if he could just drop the screen by so my husband could put it in. He said maybe he would do that and then I could never again get him on the phone. It was so weird how that happened.
