A menu driven phone system when you call is not a good start. However, service good if slightly uncoordinated with all workers being on same schedule at times. Good quality work.

I have an old alarm system which Aegis was able to repair without trying to pressure me into buying a new system. I was given options for purchasing a new system if that is what I might want for the future...but absolutely no pressure to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very well pleased with professionalism and their knowledge of the work being performed.

When I made the decision to go with GEGIS to install video cameras at my home, the install date was the next day, they showed up on time and completed the project before the projected completion time. The only negative I would state is that I had a camera feed input fail the next day. Once I reported the problem, it was the day after reporting the problem. It turned out to be a faulty connector on the camera. AEGIS repaired the camera and replaced the connector. I would recommend AEGIS to future customers.
