They assured me they could resolve the issue, made an appointment for the following morning, arrived on time and had it fixed like new. Excellent communications from them at each step.

The company ad specifically advies the price was $25 travel fee plus $75 per hour. I had a 0900 hour appointment. One half hour before appointment, a rep called to confirm and advised that the appointment time was between 0900 and 1100. The fee was $150 plus tax. I questioned it and was told that it was because I lived outside San Antonio city limits. The tech arrived at 1120. His work was good and he was very nice and professional. I liked his work, but am annoyed with the cost and the tardiness. When the appt. is for 0900 accordding to the website, it should be on time, not 3 hours 20 minutes later and at the advertised price, not $50 dollars more.

These guys were kinda of hard to get a quote from but after i setup an appointment their reps/workers were awesome and did an amazing job. Ive installed quite a few camera systems and this one was definitely the best

When I called them the sales person(Ash) was very helpful to explain and answer my questions. The appointment to install was scheduled. The 2 installers (Franklin and Johnathan) showed up on time as scheduled. Both of them worked very hard and knew what they were doing. Satisfied with job.

The sales representative (Ernest) was very knowledgeable about the different types of security alarms needed for my immediate protection. The installation worker (Johnathan) was very neat and particular concerning the whereabouts to mount the motion detector and the main panel. Provided me with clear and user friendly instructions to navigate the main control panel along with the mobile app. They both should be commended for their great customer service. Job well done. I highly recommend this company.
