Aegis was quick to respond, understood what I wanted done, set up the appointment for George to come out and install. George identified himself upon arrival, was very professional, knowledgeable and set up the alarm system to cover the entire house. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and the quick response.

Called to get my alarm system reprogrammed after a bad fly-by-night alarm company messed it up. Tech was great and had me fixed in an hour. Even went so far as to change a few extra setting for me so my NextAlarm monitoring worked. I will call them out again to add some more monitors to my unit but they rocked it.

Cost was in line with other estimates. I know it's very difficult to run wires through a house that's not new construction, but I went back behind them to replace insulation and seal cable entry points. We couldn't run the cables inside interior walls like I wanted to, so we had to use plastic tracks which don't look that great, but I understand the issue. The folks are very professional and the finished product came out great. They accidentally clipped an alarm wire during installation, but were quick to come back out and repair, which I appreciated.

Very professional service. Ended up switching alarm monitoring to Aegis after the company recommended a cellular line versus a landline. Much more secure now.

People will always want to feel that the company they hire tdo provide a service or product or both really cares about them and simultaneously has their best interest at heart. This is how I feel that you treated me. Second, my father once told me when I was very young that "there are going to be businesses that will charge a lot for their services and or products and they will only get 100% of nothing, but there will be some businesses that will charge a fair price and they will get 100% of something."
