Aegis did a great job of reviewing our current system and recommending upgrades and improvements. They very clearly stated all anticipated charges for service and installation before the work was done. The actual installation went smoothly, very professionally performed by their technician. He then explained clearly the various functions of the system and showed us how to download and use the smartphone app to monitor the system.

Aegis was AWESOME! Jesse came out the same day I called. He was able to figure out the fault code errors and correct them in less than an hour. He took the time to explain what the problem was, and even showed me how he corrected it. He never pressured us to buy more equipment or a maintenance contract. Very trustworth and punctual. I was charged a $75/hr sevice fee, and a $25 trip charge, Total with tax $108. It was well worth it for the headache we were getting from reading the manuals!! I will definately use them in the future for any repairs or upgrades.

I contacted this provider on the recommendation of a convenience store owner who uses them. They promised to send me someone to see what I needed. Then they called to see how many cameras I was interested in. Then they said they would send me a quote (without sending anyone out), then they never sent a quote or came out. Apparently, because I saw their trucks at my next door neighbor's house, they didn't want to deal with me. The should have been honest and up front and told me they weren't interested instead of leading me on.

I used them for 3 years. The best decision we've made in terms of alarm service provider. They were always prompt in contacting us when the alarm went off. Always professional. I've moved and I'm taking them with me.
